제1도는 교환되는 공구의 적어도 한쪽의 긴 경우의 본 발명의 일실시예에 관한 머시이닝센터의 평면도.
제2도는 교환되는 공구가 양쪽 공히 짧을 경우의 본 발명의 일실시예에 관한 머시이닝센터의 평면도.
제3도는 그 머시이닝센터의 정면도.
Claims (1)
- 공구메거지인에 수납되어 있는 각종 공구를 체인지아암유니트의 체인지아암으로 주축의 공구와 교환하면서 공작물을 가공하는 머시이닝센터에 있어서, 상기 주축을 공작물에 대하여 진퇴 가능하게 착설함과 동시에 이 주측을 그 진퇴 방향으로 구동하는 주측진퇴 구동수단을 착설하고, 상기 체인지 아암유니트를 주축의 진퇴방향과 동일 방향으로 이동 가능하게 착설함과 동시에 이 체인지 아암유니트를 이 이동 방향으로 이동시키는 유니트 진퇴구동수단을 착설하고, 상기 주측에 장착된 공구와 이것과 교체해서 주축에 장착되는 공구의 길이를 비교하여 긴쪽의 공구의 선단부가 공구 교환시에 타부재와 간섭하지 않고, 또한 공작물에 가장 접근하는 공작물 교환 위치를 산출하고 공작물 가공 후에 주축을 그 공작물교환 위치까지 후퇴시키도록 주축진퇴 구동수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 착설하는 한편, 주축의 공구와 교환되는 공구를 지지한 체인지아암유니트를 상기 공작물교환 위치에 이동시키도록 상기 유니트 진퇴구동수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 착설한 것을 특징으로 하는 머시이닝센터의 공구교환장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
