Claims (1)

  1. 바다에서 채취한 다시마를 담수에서 2∼3회 청결하게 수세하여 0.5mm 내지 1.5mm 굵기로 세절하여 섭씨 90도 내외의 가열수에서 1∼2분간 침지한 다음 약 섭씨 5도의 냉각수조에서 3∼5분간 급냉각하고 색택이 고정된 다시마를 판상망 조직과 같이 섭씨 40도 전후의 열풍으로 3∼4시간 건조함을 특징으로 하는 다시마의 가공방법.
