Description

경작용 그레이더
제 1 도는 본 고안의 사용상태를 나타낸 사시도.
제 2 도는 본 고안의 유압실린더 확대 단면도.
제 3(a) 도, 제 3(b) 도는 본 고안의 작동상태를 나타낸 요부 측면도로서, 제3(a)도는 통상의 그레이더와 같이 사용하는 경우를 나타낸 것이고, 제3(b)도는 그레이더날의 뒷면 받침판을 내려 평탄 작업하는 경우를 나타낸 것이다.

본 고안은 주로 트랙터 후부에 부착시켜 농촌에서 경작지의 평탄 작업에 사용하는 그레이더를 구성함에 있어서, 그레이더날 뒷면 하단에 받침판을 경첩으로 회동 자재하게 부착하고, 그레이더 날과 받침판 간에 유압실린더를 장치하여 경지 평탄 작업시 받침판을 지면에 밀착케 하므로 날부분을 보호하고 경험이 없는 초보자도 정확하고 안전하게 경지를 고를 수 있도록 된 경작용 그레이더에 관한 것이다.
종래의 경작용 그레이더는 단순히 그레이더 날만 가지고 평탄 작업을 했기 때문에 여간 숙달되지 않고는 그 선단날 부분이 지면의 견고한 정도에 따라 파이는 깊이가 달라 고른 평탄 작업효과를 기대할 수가 없었고 쉬 날부분이 파손되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기한 결점을 감안하여 안출된 것으로 이를 첨부 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부 도면에 있어서, 1은 주지된 그레이더(2)의 날을 나타낸 것인데, 이 그레이더날(1)의 뒷면 하단에는 경첩(3)으로 회동 자재하게 받침판(4)을 부착하였으며, 그레이더날(1) 뒷면 상단과 받침판(4) 선단간에 유압실린더(5)를 장치하였다. 6은 유압실린더(5)의 피스톤이고, 7,7a는 유압호스이며, 8은 통상의 트랙터이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 그레이더(2)는 통상과 같이 트랙터(8)의 후부에 의하여 경작지 등의 평탄 작업시 사용되는 것으로, 평상시에는 유압실린더(5)의 상측 유압호스(7)로 오일을 공급하여 피스톤(6)을 유압실린더(5) 내로 유입케 하므로 제 3(a) 도의 제 3(b) 도와 같이 그레이더날(1)의 뒷면에 받침판(4)을 올려 붙혀 이동하거나 보관이 용이케 하고 필요시 즉 경작지 등의 평탄 작업시는 운전석에서 간편한 조작으로 오일을 하측 유압호스(7a)로 공급하여 피스톤(6)을 유압실린더(5)로부터 인출시키므로 자연 그레이더날(1)뒷면 하단에 경첩(3)으로 부착된 받침판(4)을 내려 제 3(a) 도같이 지면에 밀착시킨다.
따라서 그레이더날(1)의 받침판(4)이 지면에 밀착된 상태에서 평탄 작업을 하게 되므로 지반의 경사면이 일정치 않다 하여도 굴곡없이 균일한 평탄 작업효과를 기대할 수가 있고, 그레이더날(1)을 보강하여 그수명을 길게 연장할 수 있는 효과도 있으며, 특히 받침판(4)이 그레이더날(1)을 지지해 줌에 따라 숙달되지 않은 초보자들도 신속하고 정확한 평탄 작업을 할 수 있도록 하므로 일손이 부족한 농촌의 영농효율을 가일층 배가시킬 수 있는 매우 유용하고 실용적인 고안이다.

  1. 트랙터 후부에 취부시켜 평탄 작업을 할 수 있도록 된 그레이더를 구성시킴에 있어서, 그레이더(2)의 날(1) 뒷면 하단에 받침판(4)을 회동 자재하게 경첩(3)으로 부착하고, 그레이더날(1) 후부 상면과 받침판(4)선단간에 유압실린더(5)를 장치하여서 된 경작용 그레이더.
