Description

보행형 농기계의 클러치 조작레버장치
제1도는 본 고안의 적용된 보행형 농기계의 핸들부분 분해사시도.

본 고안은 보행형 농기계의 클러치 조작레버에 관한 것이다.
종래 보행형 농기계에 있어서는 제4도에 도시한 바와 같이 핸들(2) 일측에 부착된 기판(3)에 클러치 조작레버(5)를 상향연설 하였기 때문에 클러치를 조작하기 위해서는 핸들(2)로부터 손을 떼고 클러치 조작레버(5)를 파지하여 조작해야 했다.
따라서 운행에 있어서 유사시 긴급하게 클러치를 풀어야할 경우가 발생했을때 신속한 클러치 조작레버(5)의 전환조작이 이루어지지않아 안전사고가 발생되는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 이러한 종래 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이하 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 제1도 내지 제3도 도시한 바와 같이 보행형농기계(1)의 핸들(2) 일측에 장착된 기판(3)에 핀(4)으로 회동가능하게 상향연설되는 레버(5)의 하단에 클러치 와이어(6)가 착설된 통상의 보행형 농기계의 클러치 조작레버장치에 있어서, 레버(5)의 하단부를 연장시켜 보조레버(7)가 일체로 형성되도록 하여서된 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호(8)은 변속기이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제2도에서와 같이 레버(5)를 (가)위치로 한 상태에서는 클러치 와이어(6)가 견인되어 클러치(미도시)가 서로 교합되며, (나) 위치로 하면 와이어(6)가 이완되므로 클러치는 자체내장된 클러치 스프링에 의해 서로 해체된 상태가 되는 것이다.
보행형 농기계(1) 운행중 긴급사태등이 발생하여 긴급히 클러치를 해체할 필요가 있을때는 보조레버(7)가 핸들(2) 후미부 하측에 근접되어 있으므로 핸들(2)을 파지한 상태에서 엄지 손가락만으로 보조레버(7)를 압압하는 것만으로써 클러치 와이어(6)가 이완되면서 클러치스프링의 복원력에 의하여 (나)방향으로 회동하게되어 클러치는 신속히 해체되는 것이다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 레버(5)의 하단부를 연장시켜 보조레버(7)를 일체로 형성하는 것만으로써 클러치의 긴급해체를 보조레버(7)에 의하여 신속간편하게 행할수 있어 운행중 긴급사태에 신속히 대처 할 수 있으므로 안전사고 방지에 지대한 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 보행형 농기계(1)의 핸들(2) 일측에 장착된 기판(3)에 핀(4)으로 회동가능하게 상향연설되는 레버(5)의 하단에 클러치 와이어(6)가 착설된 통상의 것에 있어서, 레버(5)의 하단부를 연장시켜 보조레버(7)가 일체로 형성되도록 하여서된 것을 특징으로 하는 보행형 농기계의 클러치 조작레버장치.
