Claims (3)
- 브레비 박테리움 락토퍼멘툼 ATCC 13869, 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 ATCC 13032의 균주를 이용하여 비오틴과잉의 배지에서 호기적 상태로 배양하고 회분식 당추가방법에 의해 글루타민산을 축적 및 회수하는 것을 특징으로하는 L-글루타민산의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글루타민산을 축적하는 과정중 1차당의 투입전에 20-30분의 당고갈 상태를 유도하는 방법.
