Claims (2)
- R²이 수소인 경우, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 이소시아네이트 또는 이소티오시아네이트를 경우에 따라, 촉매 및 희석제의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아미노산 유도체와 반응시키거나; R³이 수소인 경우, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아민을 경우에 따라, 촉매 및 희석제의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅴ)의 이소시아네이트 또는 이소티오시아네이트와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ia)의 치환된 우레아를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R¹은 알킬, 모노 또는 폴리사이클릭 사이클로알킬, 사이클로알칸온, 알케닐, 사이클로알케닐, 사이클로알케논, 나프틸 또는 티오펜인데, 이들은 각각 임의로 치환될 수 있고; R²은 수소 또는 알킬이고; R³은 수소 또는 알킬이고; R⁴은 치환된 알킬이고; R 은 알킬, 알콕시, 아릴 또는 아릴옥시(이들은 각각 임의로 치환될 수 있다)이거나, 아미노 또는 -NR6R7(여기에서, R6은 수소 또는 알킬이고; R7은 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴 또는 아르알킬인데, 이들은 각각 임의로 치환될 수 있다)이고; X는 산소 또는 황원자이다.
- 일반식(Ⅵ)의 이미도카본산 에스테르 할라이드를 일반식(Ⅶ)의 아미노산 유도체와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ib)의 치환된 이소우레아를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R5및 X는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고; Hal은 할로겐이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
