Claims (3)

  1. 피검사체 영역을 덮는 팬비임 X선을 방사하는 X선원을 피검사체의 주위에 회전운동을 하고, 이 회전 운동중에 X선을 방사하고, 상기 피검사체를 투과한 팬형상으로 넓혀진 X선을 다소자(多素子) X선 검출기로 계측하므로서 복수개의 투영 데이터의 수집을 하는 스캐너와 이 투영 데이터에서 계측단면에 있어서의 피검사체의 X선의 흡수계수에 관한 분포화상(畵像)을 계산에 의해서 재구성하는 상재구성(像再構成) 연산 수단과 상기 분포화상을 표시하는 표시 수단을 가진 X선 단층촬영 장치에 있어서, 상기 상재구성 연산수단은, 상기 계측된 투영 데이터에서 불균일 평행 비임 투영 데이터를 발생시키는 수단과 이 불균일 평행비임 투영 데이터에 필터 처리를 하는 수단과 이 필터 보정된 투영 데이터를 사용해서 상기 불균일 평행 비임 투영 데이터의 불균일성을 보정함과 동시에 분포화상을 역투영하는 수단을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 단층 촬영 장치.
  2. 상기 불균일 평행 비임 투영 데이터를 발생시키는 수단은 다소자 X선검출기로 계측된 투영데이터의 X선 비임각도를 제 1 의 좌표축으로 하고, 팬비임 내의 스캐너 회전중심에서 X선 비임까지의 거리를 회전중심에서 X선원(源)까지의 거리로 나뉴 값의 역정현(逆正弦)에 비례하는 불균일한 좌표축을 제 2 의 좌표축으로 하는 2차원 좌표를 설정하고, 이 2차원 좌표상에서 늘어놓은 것을 변경하는 연산을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 단층 촬영 장치.
  3. 상기 스캐너는 다소자 X선 검출기의 일정간격으로 늘어선 검출소자의 각도 간격의 정수배의 회전각도 위치마다 X선원에서 X선을 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1 또는 2 기재의 X선 단층촬영 장치.
