성형용 고강도 복합조직 냉연강판의 제조방법

제2도는 종래의 수냉방법 및 본 발명에 의한 강판 조직내의 마르텐사이트형성과정을 나타낸 모식도.
제3도는 종래의 수냉방법 및 본 발명에 의한 강판 조직내의 마르텐사이트분포 상태를 보여주는 사진(×800).

Claims (2)

  1. 연속소둔에 의해서 성형용 고강도 복합조직 냉연강판을 제조하는데 있어서, 탄소 : 0.04-0.10%, 망간 : 0.5-1.0%, 0.25%이하의 실리콘 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 강판을 800-820℃에서 소둔하고, 680-720℃까지는 5-10℃/초의 냉각속도로서 냉한후 곧바로 수냉하고, 수냉된 강판을 200-250℃로 재가열하여 2-4분간 뜨임처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로하는 성형용 고강도 복합조직 냉연강판의 제조방법.
