제1도는 결과적으로 생산된 소결체에 미소균열이 발생되는 경우와 결점이 없는 상태의 소결체의 경우 각각의 조성범위를 구분하기 위해 연구조사된 조성예들을 나타낸다. 인성치는 MPa으로 표시되고 각 시료에 대해 측정되어 나타내져 있다.
제2도는 고인성을 갖는 소결체를 얻을 수 있는 본 발명의 조성 범위를 둘러싼 다각형 O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-X-Y-Z-O이다.
Claims (10)
- ZrO2, 부분안정화 ZrO2, HfO2고용체, 부분안정화 ZrO2-HfO2고용체, 부분안정화 HfO2및 HfO2들로 이루어진 군의 구성요소중 반드시 적어도 하나이상으로 이루어지고, YNbO4및/또는 YTaO4및/또는 MNbO4및/또는 MTaO4로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 인성강화제를 산화물기준으로 약 0.5∼8몰% 포함함으로써 고인성을 나타내는 세라믹 합금에 있어서, M이 Mg+2, Ca+2,Sc+3및/또는 La+3, Ce+4, Pr+3, Nd+3, Sm+3, Eu+3, Gd+3, Tb+3, Dy+3, Ho+3, Er+3, Tm+3, Yb+3및 Lu+3들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 회토류 금속이온을 나타내며, 이들이 Y에 대체되고, 2개의 +2가 양이온이 3개의 +3가 Y양이온에 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, YO3/2가 제2도의 다각형 O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-X-Y-Z-C내의 조성으로 부분안정화를 이루는 첨가제로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 합금.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산화물 기준상 중량%로 표시될 때 반드시 약 2.4∼12.9% Y203및 0.5∼7.6% Nb2O5및/또는 0.85∼12.0% Ta2O5로 이루어진 0.5∼12.0% Nb2O5+Ta2O5들로 이루어진 YNbO4및/또는 YTaO4의 군으로부터 상기 인성강화제가 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 합금.
- 제1항의 세라믹 합금을 반드시 적어도 5체적% 포함하고 나머지가 경한 내화세라믹으로 되어 있으며 인성이 향상되어 있는 세라믹체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 경한 내화 세라믹이 α-알루미나, β-알루미나, β"-알루미나, Al2O3-Cr2O3고용체, 뮬라이트, 시아론, 나이콘, 실리콘카바이드, 실리콘나이트라이드, 스피넬, 티타늄카바이드, 티타늄이붕소화물, 지르콘 및 지르콘니움 카바이드들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹체.
- 최대 80체적% 내화 세라믹섬유 및/또는 호이스카 및 제1항의 세라믹 합금의 최소 5배체적%로 이루어진 인성이 향상된 세라믹 복합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 및/또는 호이스카가 알루미나, 뮬라이드, 시알론, 실리콘카바이드, 실리콘나이트라이드, A1N, BN, B4C, ZrO2, 지르콘, 실리콘옥시카바이드 및 스피넬로 이루어진 군의 구성요소 중 적어도 하나이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 복합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 경한 내화세라믹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 복합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 경한 내화 세라믹이 α-알루미나, β-알루미나, β"-알루미나, Al2O3-Cr2O3고용체, 뮬라이드, 시알론, 나시콘, 실리콘카바이드, 실리콘나이트라이드, 스피넬, 티타늄카바이드, 티타늄이붕소화물, 지르콘 및 지르콘니움 카바이드들로 이루어진 군의 구성요소중 적어도 하나이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 복합체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 및/또는 호이스카가 알루미나, 뮬라이트, 시알론, 실리콘카바이드, 실리콘나이트라이드, A1N, BN, B4C, ZrO2, 지르콘, 실리콘옥시카바이드 및 스피넬로 이루어진 군의 구성요소 중 적어도 하나이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 복합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
