제3도는 각각 본발명의 성형법을 차례로 나타내는 노즐부와 주형의 단면도인데,
제3도는 다층 파리손의 몸체를 형성하는 제1수지가 부분적으로 사출되는 상태를 나타내는 도면.
Claims (5)
- 몸체를 형성하는 제1수지와, 제1수지보다 더 기체 장벽성 또는 내열성을 갖는 제2수지로 이루어지며, 상기 제2수지는 몸체의 중간층으로서 제1수지내에 존재하고, 상기 중간층은 벽두께가 몸체의 외층보다 더 작고 상기 외층을 향하여 한쪽으로 치우쳐 있으며, 상기 제1층은 상기 중간층에 의해 내층과 외층으로 규정되며, 외층과 내층의 벽두께는 외층 대 내층의 비율이 1:1.50 또는 그이상 바람직하게는 1:3.50의 범위로 이루어지면서 단면구조가 사출성형된 다층 파리손을 블로우 또는 배향 블로우 성형에 의해 얻은 적어도 3중층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1수지는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지고 제2수지는 에틸렌 비닐 알코올 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1수지는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지고 제2수지는 폴리아크릴레이트수지 또는 폴리탄산염으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층용기.
- 노즐 오리피스와 연락하는 외측 유통로와 이 외측유통로의 극단에 열린 내측유통로로 갖추어진 이중노즐을 사용하면서, 파리손의 몸체를 형성하는 제1수지를 상기 내측 유통로로부터 공동에 사출시키는 단계, 제1수지와 연결된 몸체의 중간층을 상기 제1수지로 사출시키는 단계, 외층을 항하여 한쪽으로 치우치면서 중간층을 성형시키는 단계, 중간층에 의해 규정된 제1층으로부터 형성된 내층이 같은 수지로부터 형성된 외층보다 벽두께가 현저하게 더 작은 적어도 3중층을 갖는 다층 파리손을 형성시키는 단계, 내층이 외층보다 벽두께가 현저하게 더 큰 다층용기를 성형하기 위해 상기 다층 파리손을 블로우 또는 배양 블로우 성형시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층용기의 성형법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 소정량의 제1수지를 이중노즐의 내측유통로로부터 사출시킨후 수지의 사출을 일단중지시키고 제2수지를 외측 유통로로부터 제1수지로 공동내에 사출시키며, 중지시간의 경과 후 제1수지와 제2수지를 동시에 사출시키기 위해 제1수지의 사출을 내측 유통로로부터 다시 시작하며 그후 제2수지의 사출을 중지시키고, 시간을 더 지연시키며 제1수지의 사출을 중지시켜 다층 파리손을 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층용기의 성형법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
