제3도는 예비성형된 튜브를 냉간 가공시키기 위해 사용되어지는 정밀회전단도 장치의 개략측면도

Claims (10)
- 냉간가동으로 강화되어진 재질을 가지고 하나이상의 확대 선단부를 갖는 튜브를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기한 재질로서 하나의 몸통부와 최초 제작시의 외경, 벽두께, 내경 길이 및 횡단면적을 갖는 예비성형 튜브를 제조하고, 이어 상기 예시성형된 튜브의 외경과 벽두께 및 횡단면적을 줄임과 동시에 길이를 최종의 요구칫수로 늘리는 한편 몸통부와 선단부 전체가 강화되도록 냉간가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉간가공시에 예비성형된 튜브를 냉간 가공하기 위해서, 최소한 상기 튜브의 1선단부를 붙잡아주는 회전 및 이동이 가능한 클램핑헤드(36,37)와, 튜브(10)의 내면에 끼워지는 굴대헤드(40) 및 튜브(10)의 외면을 타격하는 햄머(42) 등이 갖춰진 회전냉간단조 장치(30)를 이용하는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉간가공시에 예비성형된 튜브를 냉간가공시키기 위하여 튜브(10)의 1선단을 붙잡아주는 회전 및 이동이 가능한 클램핑 헤드(66)와 튜브내면에 끼워지는 굴대헤드(70) 및 튜브(10)의 외면과 접촉하는 최소한 하나의 접촉로울러(72)를 갖춘 외부 회전압출장치를 이용하는 것
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉간가공시에 예비성형 튜브(10)의 내면속으로 굴대헤드(40)를 끼워넣고 상기 굴대헤드 부근의 튜브 외면을 가공하는 방법
- 제4항에 있어서, 예비성형된 튜브를 냉간가공하는 동안 굴대헤드(40)와 튜브(10) 내면중 최소한 한면을 윤활시키는 방법
- 제5항에 있어서, 냉간가공을 하는 동안 굴대헤드(40)와 튜브(10) 내면 모두를 윤활시키는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉간가공시에 최초의 균일하게된 튜브의 한쪽 선단을 압축 확대시켜 하나이상의 확대 선단부를 갖도록 제조하는 방법
- 제7항에 있어서, 압축확대시에 초기의 균일한 튜브선단을 열간압축시키는 방법
- 제7항에 있어서, 압축확대시에 초기의 균일한 튜브선단을 냉간압축시키는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 예비성형된 튜브를 최초 균일한 몸체부와 하나이상의 선단부를 갖도록 가공하는 방법※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
