1 : 음극선관, 2 : 페이스 플레이트, 4 : 중간막, 5 : 메탈백층, 11A : SiO2를 함유한 형광체층 11B : SiO2를 포함하지 않는 형광체층

Claims (1)

  1. 페이스 플레이트 내면에 형광체층이 형성되고, 이 형광체층위에 매탈백층이 형성된 음극선관에 있어서 상기 형광체층의 상기 페이스 플레이트에 접하는 측은 형광체 100중량부에 대해서 0.6중량부 이상의 SiO2가 포함되고, 상기 형광체층의 상기 메탈백층과 접하는 측은 SiO2를 포함하지 않고, 또는 형광체 100중량부에 대해서 0.3중량부 이하의 SiO2가 포함되어서 이루어진 음극선관.
