Claims (13)
- 중합반응을 TMI, 하나이상의 추가의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 자유라디칼 개시제계 및 물로 이루어진 수성매질중에서 수행시킴을 특징으로하여, TMI를 공중합시켜 TMI함유 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 유화공중합반응을 TMI, 하나이상의 디엔단량체, 유화제, 레독스 개시제계, 브롬화 탄화수소쇄전이제 및 물로 이루어진 수성매질중에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하여 TMI로 디엔단량체와 유화공중합시켜 TMI함유 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 유화공중합반응을 TMI, 하나이상의 디엔단량체, 유화제, 레독스 개시제계, 디이소프로필 쿠산토켄 디설파이드 및 물로 이루어진 수성매질중에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하여 TMI를 디엔단량체와 유화공중합시켜 TMI함유 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 디엔 단량체가 부타디엔, 이소프렌, 피페릴렌 및 클로로프렌으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 수성매질이 하나이상의 비닐방향족 단량체를 추라고 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 비닐방향족 단량체가 스티렌이고 디엔 단량체가 부타디엔임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 수성매질이 아크릴로니트릴을 추가함유하고 디엔 단량체가 부타디엔임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 활성 수소 화합물인 하나이상의 화학약품을 TMI함유 공중합체와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, TMI 함유 공중합체상에 화학약품을 그래프트 결합시키는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 화학약품을 TMI 함유 공중합체의 수성유제(aqueous emulsion)에 가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 화학약품이 산화방지제임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 수성매질이 40내지 90중량%의 물, 10내지 60중량%의 TMI및 디엔 단량체, 0.1내지 10중량%의 유화제, 및 유효량의 레독스개시제계 및 브롬화 탄화수소 쇄전이제로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 2급아민을 수성유제에 가하고, 이어서 이 수성유제에 전술한 화학약품을 가함으로써 TMI 함유 공중합체상의 미반응 이소시아네이트 그룹을 차단시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 유화공중합반응을 약 -20℃내지 약 60℃의 온도에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
