제2도는 보조팔레트와 그 적재물을 나타낸 것이다.
제3도는 열에 의해 수축되는 플라스틱 물질로 된 카바가 수축되기전의 본 발명에 의한 장치를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 병, 플라스크, 자 및 그와 유사한 형태의 물건을 수송, 저장, 배분하는 장치에 있어서, 주팔레트라고 불리는 보통의 표준 수송팔레트와 적어도 두개의 보조 저장 및 조작 팔레트로 구성되어 있고 상기 각 보조 팔레트느 팔레트의 가장자리에대한 적어도 하나의 지지다리열 또는 지지대와 열에 의해 수축되는 플라스틱 물질로 된 단일면의 카바로 되어 있고, 상기 카바의 상부 표면에 보조 팔레트의 적재물이 분리되는 레벨에 있는 리세스 및 홀딩존으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병, 플라스크, 자 및 그와 유사한 타입의 물건을 수송, 저장 배분하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스 및 홀딩존이 두개의 연속적인 보조 팔레트의 간격을 따라 끊어짐이 없이 보조 팔레트의 전길이에 걸쳐 이어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스 및 홀딩존이 두개의 보조 팔레트 사이의 간격에 위치한 여럿의 분리된 존으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카바가 상기 보조 팔레트 사이의 연결부 가까운 위치에서 스테이플이나 접합재 또는 그와 유사한 것으로 보조 팔레트에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 보조 팔레트의 상기 지지다리열이 상기 보조팔레트의 가장자리로부터 2―15cm거리에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 상기 제1항에서 제5항중 어느 한항에 따른 장치를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 보조 팔레트가 주표준 팔레트 위에 위치하여 보조 팔레트의 가장자리에 대한 지지다리열(또는 지지대)이 주 팔레트의 가장자리 가까이에 위치하고 배분될 제품을 담은 콘테이너 또는 그와 유사한 것일 보조 팔레트 위에 놓여있고, 적재물이 놓여있는 보조 팔레트 전체가 열에 의해 수축되는 플라스틱 물질로 된 카바로 쌓여있고, 보조 팔레트가 가장자리와 상기 지지다리열(또는 지지대)에 의해 한정되는 보조 팔레트 표면 밑에 상기 카바의 가장자리를 두고, 카바를 수축시키기 위해 가열함 동안에 보조 팔레트 사이의 간격의 위치에서 카바 위의 편평한 표면위에 하나의 또는 여럿의 힘을 가함으로써 리세스 및 홀딩존이 형성되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제1항에서 제5항 어느 한항에 따른 장치를 제조하는 방법.
