- 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트에 친수성과 감수성을 부여하고 활성화시킨후 도금을 하되 도금막중 P의 함량이 2.0wt%-4.0wt%로 함을 특징으로 하는 무전해 도금법에 의한 자기 기록용 Co-P자성박막제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
