Abstract

본 발명은 비디오 및 오디오 테이프등의 자기기록 테이프의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 특히 8미리 비디오 테이프와 S-VHS용 비디오 테이프, NHS HG(High Grade), hi-Fi등의 고급 자기 테이프등의 제조에 적용되는 것이다.
비자성 지지체의 한쪽면에 강자성체 분말, 결합체 수지, 기타 첨가제 등으로 된 자성 도료를 도포한 자성층이 형성되어 있고, 그 반대편에 백코오팅층을 형성하여서 된 자기기록 매체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기의 자성 형성 후 이어 백코오팅층을 형성시킨 다음 자성층과 백코오팅층을 동시에 경화시켜서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 테이프의 제조방법.
이때 비자성 지지체의 중심평균 표면조도는 0.010미크론 이하임을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 비자성 지지체의 한쪽면에 강자성체 분말, 결합제 수지, 기타 첨가제 등으로 된 자성 도료를 도포한 자성층이 형성되어 있고, 그 반대면에 백코오팅층을 형성하여서 된 자기기록 매체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기의 자성형성 후 이어 백코오팅층을 형성시킨 다음 자성층과 백코오팅층을 동시에 경화시켜서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 테이프의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비자성 지지체의 중심평균 표면조도가 0.010미크론 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록 테이프의 제조방법.
