Claims (9)
- 염소화 탄화수소 같은 자연적으로 분해되지 않는 물질을 함유하고 있는 유해성 폐기물을 처리하기 위하여, 최소한 1200℃의 화학량적 소각하에서 주입된 폐기물질과 산화제와의 비를 CO2CO+CO2의 비가 0.1이하로 되도록 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리 과정에 필요한 열적에너지가 최소한 하나의 플라즈마 발생기에서 가열된 가스에 의해 공급되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 플라즈발생기 내의 가스가 적어도 8kWh/㎥(N)의 에너지 밀도로 주어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 산화제가 공기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 가스가 고체덩어리 형태의 탄소 운반체로 충전된 반응장치를 통과하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반응장치의 충전제가 또한 알칼리 화합물 같은 자체의 반응도를 증가시키는 첨가제로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 가스의 물리적 열이 탄소 운반체를 가스의 온도로 가열시키기 위해 이용되고 또한 탄소가 산소 기체중의 수중기 및 이산화탄소와 반응하도록 해서 CO와 H2를 형성하면서 가스의 열적 개수를 증가시키게끔 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 350∼700℃의 온도로 열교환시킨후, 가스를 염소 수용체로 충전된 반응 장치속으로 도입시켜 가스로부터 염소 및/또는 염화수소를 제거하고 또한 어떤 잔존하는 금속증기를 응축시키게끔 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 소석회나 산화칼슘 및/또는 백운석이 염소 수용체로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
