Claims (3)
- 본문에서 상술한 바와 같이 다량의 불순물이 함유된 글루타민산나트륨 용액에서 저온 정석에 의한 글루타민산나트륨 5수염을 제조함에 있어 상호열교환 방법을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글루타민산나트륨의 회수방법.
- 상기 제1항에 있어서 상호열교환 매체로서 글루타민산나트륨 분리모액의 농축액과 냉각정석 후 발생되는 분리모액을 사용하는 방법.
- ※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
