1:프레임벽, 2:금속측벽, 3:전기전도리브, 4:전극(양극, 음극), 8:강성 금속판, 12:양이온 교환막, 14:양극실, 16:음극실, 18:전기 전도시트.

Claims (5)

  1. 다수의 단위 셀을 구성하고 있으며, 각각의 단위셀은 양극실과 음극실을 구성하고, 상기 양극실은 프레임 벽과 프레임벽과 함께 팬형상을 이루는 금속측벽과 다수의 전기 전도 리브를 통해 금속측벽에 용접된 양극으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 음극실은 프레임벽과 프레임벽과 함께 팬형상을 이루는 금속측벽과 전기 전도 리브를 통해 금속측벽에 용접된 음극으로 구성되어 있고, 양극실의 양극과 양극실에 인접한 음극실의 음극사이에 양이온 교환막이 설치되어 양극과 음극은 양이온 교환막의 양쪽에서 각각 교환막과 면하고 있으며, 상기 다수의 단위 셀은 직렬로 배치되어 다수의 전류납판을 통해 작동되게 되어 있고, 인접한 단위 셀사이 및/또는 각전류납판과 그에 인접한 단위 셀사이에 강성의 다중 접촉전기전도 수단이 구성되어 있어 다수의 지점에서 그 사이의 강력한 접촉이 형성되며, 각 단위 셀의 내압을 대기압 이상으로 유지시키면서 전해조를 가동시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 멀티 셀 전해조.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강성의 다중접촉 전기전도 수단이 단위 셀의 적어도 하나의 측벽표면에 형성된 다수의 돌기부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 셀전해조.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강성의 다중접촉 전기전도 수단이 다수의 돌기부를 갖춘 강성의 전기 전도 시트의 형성이며, 인접한 단위 셀사이 및/또는 각각의 전류납판과 그에 인접한 단위 셀 사이에 상기 전기 전도 시트가 유지된 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 셀 전해조.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 다수의 돌기부를 갖춘 강성의 전기 전도 시트가 버링 또는 강망의 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 셀 전해조.
  5. 제 1항에서 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 단위 셀의 내압이 0.2~3kg/cm2G의 압력으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 셀 전해조.
