도면의 주요부분의 부호의 설명
(1) 공기조화덕트(duct), (5) 송풍기, (7) 히이터코어, (8) 엔진, (17) 제1의 공기온도검출기, (18) 제2의 공기온도검출기, (100) 기억수단, (200) 연산수단, (300)제어수단.

Claims (3)

  1. 엔진의 냉각수가 순환하는 히이터코어(7)와 이 히이터코어(7)를 통하여 공기를 차실내에 보내는 송풍기(5)와를 공기조화덕트(1)에 배치한 차량용공기조화장치에 있어서, 송풍기(5)에 의한 임의의 풍량 Ga1에 대한 소정치 Ai를 미리 구하여두고, 히이터코어(7) 상류측의 공기온도 ta1및 히이터코어 (7) 하류측의 공기온도 ta2를 검출하고 히이터코어 (7)입구측의 냉각수의 온도 tw1을, tw1=ta1+Ai(ta2-ta1)으로 하여 연산하며, 그 온도 tw1가 상승함에 따라서 송풍기(5)의 회전수를 저속에서 서서히 상승시키는 것을 특징으로하는 난방기동시의 풍량(風量) 제어방법.
  2. 엔진(8)의 냉각수가 순환하는 히이터코어(7)와 이히이터코어(7)를 통하여 공기를 차실내에 보내는 송풍기(5)와를 공기조화덕트에 배치한 차량용공기조화장치에 있어서, 송풍기(5)에 의한 임의의 풍량 Gai에 대한 소정치 Ai를 기억하여두는 기억수단(100)과 히이터코어(7)의 상류측의 공기온도 ta1를 검출하는 제1의 공기 온도검출기(17)와, 히이터코어(7)의 후류축의 공기온도 ta2를 검출하는 제2의 공기온도검출기(18)와 제1의 공기온도검출기(17)로 부터의 공기온도 ta1제2의 공기온도검출기(18)로 부터의 공기온도 ta2및 송풍기(5)에 의한 풍량 Gai에 대응하는 기억수단(100)에 기억된 소정치 Ai을 입력정보로서 히이터코어(7)의 입구측의 냉각수온도 tw1을 tw1=ta1+Ai(ta2-ta1)으로 하여 연산하는 연산수단(200)과, 이 연산수단(20)에서 연산된 냉각수온도 tw1이 높아짐에 따라서 송풍기(5)의 회전수를 저속에서 서서히 상승시키도록 송풍기(5)의 회전수를 제어하는 제어수단(300)과를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난방가동시의 제어장치.
  3. 제2항에 기재한 제1의 공기온도검출기(17)는 외기의 온도 tamb를 검출하는 외기온도 검출기임을 특징으로하는 차량용공기조화장치.
