담배 처리방법에 있어서, 배출 담배가 약 9% 내지 15% 오븐휘발의 수분함량을 갖게끔 선정한 수분함량과 적어도 수분 함량의 낮은 범위로 건조될 담배의 충전값 이상에 해당하는 충전값으로 담배를 준비하고, 준비된 상기의 담배를 압력 및 온도하에서 액체 이산화탄소로 포화시킨 후 이어 상기의 담배내에서 이산화 탄소가 응고되게끔 압력을 충분히 감소히키고, 상기 응고된 이산화탄소의 증발에 의해 상기의 담배가 팽창되도록 상기의 응고 이산화탄소로 포화된 담배를 압력과 온도 조건하에서 선정한 0.1초 이하의 예비-분리기 잔류시간으로 처리해주어, 배출 담배가 약 9% 내지 15% 범위의 수분 함량과 높은 예비-분리기 잔류시간에서 낮은 수분함량 범위로 건조될 담배 충전값 이상에 해당하는 충전값을 갖도록 해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 담배처리 방법.In the tobacco treatment method, the tobacco is prepared with a filling value that is equal to or greater than the filling value of the tobacco to be dried at a low range of water content and at least a low water content such that the discharged tobacco has a moisture content of about 9% to 15% oven volatilization.
