Claims (18)
- 하나의 적층로울러(2)와 토오선 튜브(4)가 이동부품(7,7')에 설치되고 다른 적층로울러(3)와 간격자튜브(5)는 적층장치(1)의 고정부품에 설치되며 하나의 적층로울러(2), 토오션 튜브(4) 및 2개의 이동가능하게 설치된 부품(7,7')은 평행한 록커를 형성하며 적층될 캐리어 위에 가해지는 그 압축력이 조절되는 그 사이에 조절가능한 닙을 지니는 2개의 가열적층로울러를 지니는 적층장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적층로울러(2,3)가 토오션 및 간격자 튜브(4,5) 위에 배치되고 이동부품(7,7')이 축으로서 작동하고 프레임(52)의 측벽(8,9)에 설치되는 토오션 튜브(4) 주위에서 선회하는 적층장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적층로울러(2,3)사이에 닙을 고정시키기 위해서 하나의 고정부품(6,6')과 결합되고 상응한 이동부품(7 또는 7')에 대해 놓여지거나 하나의 이동부품(7,7')과 결합하고 상응한 고정부품에 대해 놓여지는 최소한 하나의 조절장치(10,10',57)을 지니는 적층장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 조절장치(10,10')가 고정부품(6 또는 6') 속으로 수평으로 나선결합되고 적층장치(1)의 이동부품(7 또는 7')이 조절나사의 나사헤드(11)에 대해 놓여지는 적층장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평행한 록커의 이동부품(7,7')이 각기 설형의 볼베어링 수납부(12,13)를 지니며 부품(7,7')의 수평의 상부(36,37)를 통하여 수직하게 통과하는 나사(14,15)가 적층로울러(2,3)가 볼베어링 수납부 밖으로 이동되는 것을 저지하는 적층장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 평행한 록커의 이동부품(7,7')이 각기 조절나사(18,18')가 나선결합되는 나선투공(17 또는 17')을 지니는 칼라(16 또는 16')를 구비한 적층장치.
- 제5 및 6항에 있어서, 상부와 하부가 평평한 구형 또는 관형의 하우징(19,19')이 각각의 칼라(16,16') 아래에 토오션 튜브(4)에 평행하게 위치되고 하우징(19,19')이 평평한 부분에 투공(20,21)을 지니는 적층장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 끝이 막힌 구멍(22)이 하부의 투공(21) 위에 하우징 저부에 형성되고 하부의 투공(21)을 통과하고 하우징(19,19')의 하부의 평평한 부분의 외측에 대해 놓여지는 나사너트(24,24')와 결합하는 미리고정된 나사(23,23')가 하우징(19,19') 내측에 위치되는 적층장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 스프링(25,25')이 미리 고정된 나사(23,23')를 둘러싸고 그 하단부가 하우징 하부에 대해 끝이 막힌 구멍(22) 속에 지지되고 그상단부가 미리 고정된 나사(23,23')의 나사헤드(26)의 하측에 대해 지지되는 적층장치.
- 제6 내지 9항에 있어서, 조절나사(18,18')가 나사헤드(26)의 상측에 대해 그선단부가 놓여지는 적층장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모터(28)가 고정부품(6,6')에 설치된 적층로울러(3)의 축(27)을 구동시키고 기어휠(29)이 모터(28)와 고정부품(6,6')의 하나사이의 축(27) 상에 위치되며 기어휠(30)이 이동부품(7,7')에 설치된 적층로울러(2)의 축(33) 상에 위치되며 2개의 기어휠(29,30)이 토오션 튜브(4)의 토오션 축(34)과 볼트(35) 위에 각기 확실하게 설치되는 기어휠(31,32)와 결합하는 적층장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 조절장치(10,10')가 적층장치(2,3) 아래에 위치되는 적층장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 조절장치(57)가 적층로울러 위에 위치되는 적층장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 평행한 록커를 피봇트시키기 위해서 토오션 튜브(4)의 레버아암(53)과 상호작동하는 공기실린더(55)가 있는 적층장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 레버아암(53)이 토오션 튜브(4)에 동심적으로 연결되고 이로부터 방사상으로 떨어지게 연장하며 쇄정 조절나사(56)가 레버아암(53)의 나선구멍속으로 나선결합되며 이곳을 통과하여 공기 실린더(55)로부터 돌출하는 실린더 피스톤 로드(58)에 대해 그단부가 놓여지는 적층장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 공기실린더(55)가 레버아암(53) 아래에 프레임(52)의 돌출부(54)에 체결되고 적층작업중에 연속적으로 압력하에 있는 적층장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하나의 적층로울러(2)가 이동부품(7,7')의 볼베어링 수납부(12,13)에 볼베어링(41,42)에 의해서 설치되고 다른 적층로울러(3)가 고정부품96,6')에 볼베어링(41',42')에 의해서 설치되는 적층장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적층로울러(2,3)를 가열하는 전류원과 연결되는 슬라이딩 단부(47,48,47',48')가 적층로울러(2,3)의 축(33,27)의 단부위에 위치되는 적층장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
