Claims (9)
- 피처리 가스를 냉각한고, 이 가스를 부분 응축하고, 이 응축액을 증류하고, 증류탑의 정부에서 응축된 액체의 일부를 피처리가스와 함께 향류 열교환으로 증발시키는 것으로 구성되는 가스상 혼합물로부터 중질 탄화수소를 회수하는 특히, 석유 경제 잔여가스로부터 프로판, 부탄 및 펜반의 혼합물을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탑의 정부에서 응축된 액체를 피처리가스의 냉각을 위한 최종 온도로 아냉각시키고, 증발전에 팽창시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 팽창된 액체를 동일 압력에서 팽창된 탑정부의 증기와 결합시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각된 가스로부터 발생하는 증기를 피처리가스에 대해 향류로 순환시키고, 터어빈에서 상기 증기를 팽창시키고 상기 팽창된 액체와 결합시키는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 피처리 냉각가스로부터 응축액을 분리하는 수단을 구비한 열교환 라인과, 상기 응축액이 도입되는 증류탑으로 구성되고, 이 증류탑이 탑의 정부에서 응축된 액체의 일부를 회수하는 수단과 열교환기라인에서 피처리 가스와 함께 향류 열교환으로 회수된 액체를 순환시키는 수단으로 구성되는 가스상 혼합물로부터 중질 탄화수소를 회수하는 특히, 석유정제 잔여가스로부터 프로판, 부탄 및 펜탄의 혼합물을 회수하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수단이 열교환라인에 마련된 탑정부에서 응축된 액체를 아냉각시키는 통로, 팽창밸브 및 이에 따라 열교환라인에 마련된 피처리 가스에 대해 향류로 팽창된 유체통로로 구성되는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 증류탑 정부에서 증기를 팽창시키는 수단과 상기 팽창된 증기를 상기 팽창밸브로부터 유출하는 유체와 결합시키는 수단으로 구성되는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 열교환 라인이 피처리 냉각가스를 위한 최종상분리기, 상기 분리기로부터 발생하는 증기를 위한 피처리가스에 대한 향류통로, 상기증기를 팽창시키는 터어빈, 및 상기 팽창증기를 상기 팽창밸브로부터 유출하는 유체와 결합시키는 수단으로 구성되는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 열교환라인이 연속의 2개의 열교환부와 상기 각 열교환부에 이어지는 상분리기로 구성되는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
