Claims (9)

  1. 방사상 내부벽과 방사상 외부벽을 갖는 환상 하우징과, 상기 내부벽 내측의 원심분리기 로터와, 상기 내부벽과 외부벽사이의 오일필터요소로 구성된 엔지용 오일정화장치.
  2. 제1항 있어서, 분리기 로터용 케이싱이 환상하우징의 내부벽을 마련하는 것을 특징으로하는 엔진용 오일정화장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하우징의 일부가 로터와 필터요소의 교체가 동시에 이루어지도록 제거되는 것을 특징으로하는 엔진용 오일정화장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 하우징이 로터의 회전축상에 나사연결부에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로하는 엔진용 오일 정화장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 하우징과 분리기 로티 그리고 필터요소가 적어도 하우징으로부터 공통의 오일 입구 및 오일출구를 마련한 장착수단에 수직으로 장착된 것을 특징으로하는 엔진용 오일 정화장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 분리기로터와 필터요소가 장착수단으로부터 적립되어 있고, 장착수단이 분리기용드레인 출구를 마련한 것을 특징으로하는 엔진용 오일 정화장치.
  7. 제1항내지 제6항중 어느한 한에 있어서, 로터가 분해할수 없고 일회용인 것을 특징으로하는 엔진용오일 정화장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 오일을 로터에 공급하는 축상에서 로터가 자유롭게 회전가능한 동시에 그 하단부에 오일이 로터를 빠져나가도록 하는 노즐을 구비하고, 상기 노즐은 반작용에 의해 로터를 회전시키도록 설치된 것을 특징으로하는 엔진용 오일 정화장치.
  9. 그안에서 회전가능한 오일노즐구동로터와 환상 케이싱을 구비한 측로유동의 수직으로 설치된 원심분리기와, 상기 환상 케이싱 둘레에 설치된 환상의 일회용 필터요소와, 필터요소용 외부케이싱과, 분리기케이싱이 장착수단으로부터 적립하도록 상기 케이싱들을 나사연결부의 수단에 의해 장착하기 위한 장착부재로 구성되고, 상기 장착부재가 엔진펌프로부터 분리기의 입구와 필터의 입구로 고압오일을 공급하기 위한 제1통로 수단과, 원심분리기로부터 오일을 받아들여서 이를 엔진 섬프로 귀환시키는 제2 통로수단과, 필터로부터 오일을 받아들여서 이를 가압 엔진윤활시스템에 공급하기 위한 제3통로수단을 마련하도록 구성된것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 오일 정화장치.
