Claims (6)

  1. 작용되는 힘크기의 변화에 비례하여 여러 출력신호를 발생시키는 변환기에 있어서, 지지대와 상기 지지대에 설치된 외팔보형태의 비임부재, 상기 비임부재에는 레이퍼진 비임부가 설치되고 상기 비임부재에 작용하는 힘에 의해서 비임에 발생되는 인장값만큼 출력신호를 나타내도록 작동되며 상기 비임부재에 부착되는 최소한 하나의 스트레인 게이지, 상기 비임부재는 한쪽끝이 지지대에 부착되고 다른 한쪽은 외팔보형태의 자유단으로 된 원통형으로 구성되고 레버부와 비임부를 구분짓기 위해 상기 원통형 부재에 형성된 L자형 슬로트, 상기 레버부에 부착된 첫 번째 힘전달부재 및 상기 비임부에 부착된 두 번째 힘전달부재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 힘변환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째와 두번째 힘전달부재는 원통형 부재로부터 종축에 대해 직각으로 돌출된 첫 번째와 두 번째 스트러트로 구성된 특징이 있는 것.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째와 두 번째 스트러트가 첫 번째와 두 번째 힘전달장치에 부착되기위해서 상기 지지대를 관통하여 돌출된 특징이 있는 것.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 L자형 슬로트는 원통형 부재의 축방향에 평행한 장공과 상기축에 대해 수직인 단공 및 상기 장공과 원통형 부재의 인접측면 사이에 형성시킨 레이퍼진 비임부로 구성된 특징이 있는 것.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 부재는 L자형 슬로트의 장공과 인접한 일측면에 형성시킨 평판면을 갖는 특징이 있는 것.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 상기한 평판면에 최소한 하나의 스트레인 게이지가 부착된 특징이 있는 것.
