Claims (5)
- 외주면에 구면부를 가지는 회전자와, 그 회전자를 회전하며 움직임이 자재롭게 감싸고 지지하는 베어링 본체로서 이루어진 구면 베어링에 있어서, 상기 베어링 본체는 회전자를 삽입하는 측의 한쪽면에 형성되고, 또한 내주면에 고리의 결합홈을 가지는 고리형의 이탈방지부재 삽입공간을 형성한 주부재와, 그 공간 및 결합홈에 삽입 충전되며 회전자의 외주면과 미끄러져 움직이는 공간을 가지고 대향하는 고리형의 이탈방지 부재로서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구면 베어링
- 제1항에 있어서, 이탈방지부재 삽입공간은 저부가 단부착면으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구면 베어링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결합홈은 고리형의 여러개의 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 구면베어링.
- 외주면에 구면부를 가지는 회전자와, 그 회전자를 회전하여 움직임이 자재롭게 감싸고 지지하는 베어링 본체로서 이루어진 구면 베어링에 있어서, 상기 베어링 본체의 회전자를 삽입한 취의 한측면에 형성하고 또한 내주면에 고리형의 결합홈을 가지는 고리형의 이탈방지부재 삽입공간의구멍이 트인측으로 회전자와 이탈방지 부재를 삽입재치하는 공정과, 상기 회전자의 내경에 직경이 큰 공구를 삽입하고 사전에 회전자를 탄성 변형내에서 직경을 확대시키는 공정과, 확대된 직경을 유지시킨 상태에서 이탈 방지 부재의 단면을 누름 금형에 따라 수직이며 국부적으로 누르고 상기 이탈방지 부재를 반경 방향으로 소성변형시켜서 결합홈에 가득메우는 공정과, 상기 직경 확대 공구를 제거하고 회전자와 이탈방지부재 사이에 적정한 공간을 형성하는 공정으로서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 구면 베어링의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 이탈방지부재는 결합홈근방의 단면을 수직이며 국부적으로눌러서 소성 유동하여 결합홈 주변의 돌기부에 긴박력을 가지고 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 구면 베어링의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
