Claims (2)
- Zn 30-40중량%, Si 0.1-1.2중량%, Al 0.01중량%이상, 0.2중량%미만을 함유하고, 남은 부분이 본질적으로 Cu로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어방전가공용 전극선.
- Zn-30-40중량% Si 0.1-1.2중량%이상 Al 0.01중량%이상 0.2중량%미만 및 Ga, In, Sn,Mg,Zr, 및 Y중에서 한가지 또는 두가지를 합계 0.05-0.5중량% 함유하고, 남은 부분이 본질적으로 Cu로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전가공용 전극선※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
