Claims (5)

  1. 크로마로그라피 충전은 풀리에틸렌이핀 기능이 비-가교 공유 결합형태로, 또는 흡착되 가교결합 형태로 결합된 평균 입경이 약 3 내지 약 40미크론이고 평균 기공크기가 약 50 내지 약 1000옹스트롬(Å)단위인 미립사상 실리카겔로 필수적으로 구성되는 액체크로마토그라피 방법을 사용함으로써 시료로부터 모노클로날 항체를 분리시키고 회수하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필수적으로 균일한 모노클로날 항체 IgM 형을 이 모노클로날 항체를 포함하는 쥐 복수액 시료로부터 얻는 방법.
  2. 크로마토그라피 충전은 평균 입경이 약 3내지 약 40미크론이고 평균 기공크기가 약 50 내지 약 1000옹스트롬(Å)단위인 미립자상 실리카겔과, 평균 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 1800인 폴리에틸렌 이미노프로필 트리메특시 실란과의 반응생성물로 필수적으로 구성되는 액체 크로마토그라피 방법을 사용함으로써 시료로부터 모노클로날 항체를 분리시키고 회수하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필수적으로 균일한 모노클로날 항체 IgM 형을 상기 모노클로날 항체로 포함하는 쥐 복수액 시료로부터 얻는 방법.
  3. a. 잇다른 크로마토그라피 분리와 회수단계에서 기울기 용리에 사용된 낮은 이온강도 완충액의 이온강도와 같거나 보다 낮은 이온강도, 그리고 모노클로날 항체의 pI보다 더 큰 pH로 무-미립자 쥐복수액의 시료를 평형화 시키는 단계와, b. 크로마토그라피 충전은 평균 입경이 약 3 내지 약 40 미크론이고 평균 기공크기가 약 50 내지 1000옹 스트롬(Å)단위인 미립자상 실리카겔과, 평균 분자량이 약 400 내지 약 1800인 폴리에틸텐이미노프로필 트리메톡시 실탄과의 반응생성물로 필수적으로 구성되는 액체 크로마토그라피 방법을 사용함으로써 시료로부터 모노클로날 항체 IgM 형을 분리시키고 회수하는 단계로, 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필수적으로 정제된 모노클로날 항체 IgM 형을 상기 모노클로날 항체를 포함하는 무-미립자 쥐 복수액의 시료로부터 얻는 방법.
