Claims (8)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ) 화합물 또는 이의 염을 산중의 아질산염 또는 아질산에스테르로 디아조화시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물 및 생리학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, A는 CH 또는 N이고; R은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌그룹, 탄소수 3 내지 10의 사이클로알킬그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알콕시스룹, 탄소수 1 내지 8의 알킬렌디 옥시그룹 및 할로겐원자 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체로 치환될 수 있는 아릴그룹 또는 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이고; X는 단일결합을 나타내거나, 산소원자 또는 황원자에 의해 치환체 R 또는 축합된 환에 결합될 수 있고, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬그룹, 아릴그룹 및 헤테로사이클릭 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환체로 치환될 수 있는, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬렌그룹 또는 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알케닐렌그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 알킬렌그룹이고, R이 알킬그룹, 알콕시그룹 및 할로겐원자중에서 선택된 하나이상의 치환체로 치환될 수 있는 페닐그룹인 화합물 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 에틸렌그룹이고, R이 페닐그룹, 알킬페닐그룹 또는 할로페닐 그룹인 화합물 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 6-(2-페닐에틸)-[1,3,4] 티아디아졸로[3,2-a][1,2,3]트리아졸로[4,5-d]피리미딘-9(1H)-온 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 6-[2-(3-클로로페닐)에틸]-[1,3,4]티아디아졸로[3,2-a][1,2,3]트리아볼로[4,5-d]피리미딘-9(1H)-온 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 6-[2-(3,4-디클로로페닐)에틸]-[1,3,4] 티아디아졸로[3,2-a][1,2,3]트리아졸로[4,5-d]피리미딘-9(1-H)-온 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 6-[2-(2-클로로페닐)에틸)-[1,3,4]티아디아졸로[3,2-a][1,2,3]트리아졸로[4,5-d]피리미딘-9(1-H)-온 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 6-[2-(2-메틸페닐)에틸]-[1,3,4]티아디아졸로[3,2-a][1,2,3]트리아졸로[4,5-d]피리미딘-9(1H)-온 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
