제1도는 본 발명에 따른 밀폐형 납축전지에서 사용되는 전극주(電極株) 제조방법을 도시한 계통도.
Claims (13)
- 양극판, 음극판 및 분리막으로 구성된 전극판 조립체, 이 전극판 조립체에 의해 정상위치에 있는 전해액, 과필름- 또는 쉬트-형상 합성수지로 제조되며 또 이 전극판 조립체와 전해액을 감싸주는 쟈케트로 구성되는 밀폐형 납축전지에 있어서; 전극판 조립체와 접촉되는 내부에 폴리올 레핀필름을 위치시키고 또 이 폴리올레핀 필름의 외부에는 열가소성 합성수지 필름을 2개 이상의 층으로 적층시켜서 제조되는 라미네이트 필름 또는 쉬트로서, 쟈케트를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쟈케트를 형성하는 라미네이트 필름 또는 쉬트가 산소투과성 20cc/㎡. 24시간, 기압 또는 그 미만이고, 또 수분투과성 10g/㎡. 24시간 또는 그 미만인 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쟈케트 내부에서의 폴리올레핀 필름과 쟈케트 외부에서의 열가소성 합성수지 필름의 적층이 건식 적층방법에 의해 행해지는 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자케트의 폴리올레핀 필름 외측에 적층시킨 필름이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(폴리에스테르), 폴리프로필렌, 나일론(폴리아미드), 폴리비닐알콜, 검화에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 그 공중합체로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선정한 물질로 제조되는 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드로 피복하거나 또는 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드 필름으로 적층시킨 필름을 결합시켜 쟈케트를 형성하는 1개 이상의 라미네이트 필름 또는 쉬트층을 구성시키는 밀폐형 납축전기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지 섬유망을 결합시켜 쟈케트를 형성하는 1개 이상의 라미네이트 필름 또는 쉬트층을 구성시키는 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쟈케트가 라미네이트 필름 또는 쉬트 내부에 폴리올레핀 필름을 중첩시켜 제조한 2중-또는 3중-벽 주머니 구조인 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쟈케트가 내부에는 폴리에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체 또는 그 산변형 수지를 위치시키고 또 그 외부에는 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드를 피복한 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 건식적층법으로 적층시켜 제조되는 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 양극판, 음극판 및 분리막으로 구성된 전극판 조립체, 이 전극판 조립체에 의해 정상위치에 있는 전해액,과 필름-또는 쉬트-형상 합성수지로 제조한 쟈케트로 구성되는 밀폐형 납축전지에 있어서; 전극주(電極柱)를 양극판 및 음극판에 각각 연결하고 또 이들 전극주 주면상의 적어도 일부에 형성시킨 에폭시 수지층 위에 폴리올레핀 수지층을 형성하고; 쟈케트를 전극판 조립체와 접촉하는 내부에 폴리올레핀 필름을 위치시키고 또 그 외부에 열가소성 합성수지 필름을 2개 이상의 층으로 적층시켜 형성하며; 또 쟈케트를 가열접착시키지 않고 단지 필름-필름 접착상태로 남겨둠으로서 안전 발브의 역할을 하게 되는 부위를 제외하고는 전극판 조립체 주위의 모든 주면에서 가열접착시키며 또한 이 쟈케트를 접착시키기 위한 각개 전극주상의 폴리올레 핀수지에 쟈케트를 접가열접착시킴을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전극주 상에 형성된 폴리올레핀 수지층이 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 공중합체 또는 그산변형 수지, 폴리프로필렌, 프로필렌 공중합체 또는 그 산변형 수지로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선정한 물질로 제조되며 또 이 폴리올레핀 수지층이 성형법에 따라 에폭시수지층 위에 밴드 형태로 형성되는 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전극주 상에 형성된 에폭시수지층의 표면을 메트에서와 같이 거칠게 만든 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지층이 삽입 사출성형법에 따라 에폭시수지층 위에 밴드 형태로 형성되는 밀폐형 납축전지.
- 연속 쉬트상의 납 또는 납합금의 일부 둘레에 에폭시합 성수지를 밴드 형태로 피복시키고, 이 수지피복을 경화시킨후, 그 상부에 사출성형법에 따라 가열접착성 폴리올레핀 합성수지층을 형성하며, 또 이 쉬트를 미리 정한 길이로 절단해서 전극주를 제조하고 ; 이 전극주를 전극판 조립체의 양극판과 음극판에 각각 용접하며 ; 또 이 전극판 조립체를 포리올레핀 필름이 가장 내부에 위치하느 라미네이트 수지 필름 또는 쉬트로 제조한 쟈케트에 수용한 후, 가열접착시키지 않고 필름-필름 접착상태로 남겨둠으로서 안전발브의 역할을 하게 되는 부위를 제외하고는 전극판 조립체 주의의 쟈케트 주면을 가열 접착하고 또 추가해서 이 쟈케트를 각개 전극주 상의 폴리올레핀 수지성형체에 이들 각개 전극주의 말단이 쟈케트 외측으로 돌출하도록 가열 접착시키는 단계로 구성되는 밀폐형 납축전지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
