Claims (4)
- 중간실린더 헤드와, 외측실린더 표면이 있는 외측실린더와, 중간실린더 헤드를 따라 들어가는 압입가스에 의해 전위가능한 피스톤 로드시일을 지니는 완충기의 가스충전 완충기용 충전장치에 있어서, 상기 완충기는 가압하에 함께 결합하도록 된 한쌍의 몸체부재들과, 그 몸체부재들이 함께 결합될 때 몸체부재들을 정렬시키는 안내수단과, 압입가스가 공동안에 있을 때 시일을 변형시키도록 완충기의 피스톤 로드시일과 통하며 완충기를 수용하는 크기로 된 공동을 상기 몸체부재들에 한정하는 수단과, 몸체부재들의 공동을 외측으로 연결하는 통로수단과, 그 통로수단을 가스의 고압원에 연결하는 수단등을 포함하며, 상기 공동한정수단은 내측헤드시일의 근접한 영역에 완충기의 외측실린더 표면을 압축하여 수용하도록 공동안에 배치된 압축가능한 재료를 포함하며, 그 압축가능한 재료는 몸체부재들이 결합될 때 완충기의 외측실린더 표면을 압축하는 크기로 되어 있으며 중간실린더 헤드시일의 밀폐작용을 증가시키기 위하여 중간실린더 헤드시일에 인접한 외측실린더의 부분을 변형시키는 충전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한쌍의 몸체부재들은 단단한 재료로 되어 있으며, 그 몸체부재들의 각각에 형성된 공동절단부를 포함하는 제2 공동수단을 형성하는 형상으로 되어있으며, 상기 제2 공동수단은 압축가능한 재료로부터 형성된 한쌍의 압축가능한 부재로부터 형성된 공동한정 수단을 수납하는 충전장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단은 몸체부재들의 하나에 형성된 핀과 다른 한 몸체부재에 형성된 구멍을 포함하며, 상기 구멍은 핀을 수납하여 상기 몸체부재들의 각각의 공동절단부를 맞추는 충전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압입된 가스가 피스톤 로드를 따라 통하도록 피스톤 로드시일을 피스톤 로드로부터 떨어지게 굽히도록 된 기개적인 굽힘장치를 포함하는 충전장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
