Claims (3)
- L-아스파르트산 및 탄소수가 2이상인 L-페닐알라닌 알코올 에스테르 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 페놀 에스테르를 수성 배지중에서, 코리네박테리움(Corynebacterium), 캔디다(Canda), 크립토코쿠스(Cryptococcus), 에쉐리키아(Escherichia), 플라보박테리움(Flavobacterium), 지오트리쿰(Geotrichum), 마이크로코쿠스(Micrococcus) 파키졸렌(Pachysolen), 삭카로마이세스(Saccharomyces), 트리코스포론(Trichosporon), 크산토모나스(Xanthomonas), 클루이베로마이세스(Kluyveromyces), 엔도마이세스(Endomyces), 아르스로박터(Arthrobacter), 셀룰로모나스(Cellulomonas) 및 브레비박테리움(Brevibacterium)중에서 선택된, L-아스파르트산과 탄소수가 2이상인 L-페닐알라닌 알코올 에스테르 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 페놀 에스테르를 축합시켜 탄소수가 2이상인 L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 알코올 에스테르 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 페놀에스테르를 생성시킬 수 있는 미생물 또는 하나 이상의 효소를 추가로 함유하는 미생물의 효소-함유 부분과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 감미제를 제조하는 방법.
