Claims (10)

  1. 공압 서어보모우터(pneumatic servomotor)케이싱의 뒷벽(Ⅰ)에 가까운 비작동위치로부터 변위할 수 있는 피스톤(2)에 의하여 선택적으로 서로 연통될 수 있게 작동실(4)과 진공실(3)로 구분된 서어보모우터케이싱 뒷벽(1)의 구멍(5)에 밀폐 장착되어, 뒷벽의 구멍(5)과 맞물리는 제1본체부(6)와 서어보모우터 케이싱의 바깥쪽에 있는 제2본체부(7)로 구성된 플라스틱 본체로 이루어지고, 피스톤(2)이 비작동위치에 있을때 스프링(19)에 의하여 제1본체부(6)의 바깥쪽을 향하여 힘을 받아 항상 피스톤(2)과 접촉하며 제1본체부(6)의 중심보어(11)내에서 미끄러질 수 있게 설치된 종동자(13)에 의하여 작동되는 적어도 한쌍의 금속재 접점부재들(20,21)이 제2본체부(7)의 내부에 들어있어서 브레이크 작동상태를 경고해주는 회로에 연결되는 전기접촉기에 있어서, 종동자(13)가 힘을 받고있는 반대방향으로 탄성에 의하여 고정접점부재(20)와 떨어져 있는 가동접점부재(21)가 플런저(15)와 연결되고, 종동자(13)가 제1본체부(6)의 바깥쪽을 향하여 움직일때 종동자의 돌출부(18)와 맞물리게 되는 플랜지(16)가 붙어 있는 플런저(15)는 종동자(13)내에서 미끄러질 수 있도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2본체부(7)에 형성되어 제1본체부(6)에 있는 통로(12)에 의하여 서어보모우터의 작동실(4)과 자유롭게 연통되는 공간(70)내에 접점부재들 (20,21)이 들어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중심보어(11)가 있는 제1본체부(6)의 중심부(10)주위에 상기 통로(12)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 접점부재들(20,21)을 전기적 경고회로에 접속시키는 전기부품(26)이 들어있는 덮개(24)를 제1본체부(1)의 반대쪽에 있는 넓은 부분(25)에서 제2본체부(7)에 고정시켜 공간(70)을 밀폐시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 작동하지 않을 때에는 탄성이 있는 가동접점부재(21)가 고정접점부재(20)와 일정한 각도를 갖도록 그 고정단(22)이 덮개(24)에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 플런저(15)는 안쪽으로 돌출부(18)가 있는 종동자(13)의 원통형 하우징(40) 내에서 미끄럼운동하고, 가동접점부재(21)의 자유단(23)이 결합되는 플렌저(17)가 이 플렌저(15)에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 가동접점부재(21)의 자유단(23)이 U자형으로 가공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 환상플렌지(16)가 플랜지(17)의 반대쪽에서 플런저(15)에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 제1본체부(6)에 환상시일(8)이 끼워져서 제2본체부(7)의 단이진 부분(9)을 미는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉기.
  10. 케이싱의 뒷벽(1)에 가까운 비작동 위치로부터 변위할 수 있는 피스톰(2)에 의하여 작동실(4)과 진공실(3)로 구분되고 구멍(5)이 있는 케이싱으로 구성되는 공압 서어보모우터에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 하나에 따른 전기 접촉기가 제1본체부(6)에 의하여 상기 구멍(5)에 밀폐장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 작동보조용 공압 서어보 모우터.
