성형중합 조성물 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명의 원리에 따라서 부품을 성형하기위한 주형내에 수지를 사출시키는 전형적인 제조시스템을 나타내는 개략도, 제2도는 부품내로 성형한 다음 본 발명의 조성물을 도시한 것으로서,오늘날 제1도의 선(2-2)을 취한 수평단면도.

10 : 주형, 11,12,13, : 현무암 입자, 14 : 수지성 플라스틱 물질, 16 : 도관, 20 : 주형, 21 :튜브, 23 : 전달튜브, 30,31 : 탱크, 32,33 : 도관, 34 : 저장탱크, 35,36 : 라인, 37 : 펌프, 38 : 조정탱크, 39 : 보조펌프, 40 : 기계, 41,42 : 도관, 45 ; 탱크.

Claims (17)

  1. 기계공구 지지구조물을 건축하기 위한 재료에 있어서, 입자크기가 다종인 압축된 화성암 입자(11,12,13)에서 고화한 플라스틱수지(14)로 상기 입자(11,12,13)사이의 공동을 충진하고 또한 상기 입자(11,12,13)를 서로 결합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화성암 입자(11,12,13)는 현무암 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 화성암 입자(11,12,13)는 재료의 70체적% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 현무암입자(11,12,13)는 그 입자크기의 하한선을 100메쉬, 상한선은 3/4메쉬인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 재료중의 90%중량% 이상은 현무암입자(11,12,13)이고 5중량% 이하는 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자(11,12,13)는 그 입자크기의 분포가 다수로 서로 다르게 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 수지(14)는 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 수지(14)는 폴리에스테르 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 수지(14)는 메타크릴산염 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물.
  10. 기계공구 지지구조물을 건축하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 입자크기가 다종인 화성암 입자(11,12,13)을 주형(41)에 채우고, 주형(41)내의 입자(11,12,13)사이의 공동을 최소로 하기 위하여 입자(11,12,13)를 주형에서 압축하며, 입자(11,12,13)있이의 공동을 충진시키기 위하여 주형(41)에 액상 플라스틱수지(14)를 첨가하고, 수지(14)를 경화시켜 입자(11,12,13)와 함께 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 주형(41)에 놓인 화성암입자(11,12,13)는 그 입자크기의 하한선이 100메쉬이고 상한선은 3/4메쉬인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물의 제조방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 입자(11,12,13)는 현무암 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물의 제조방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 입자(11,12,13)와 수지(14)는 예열하여 수지의 유동성을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물의 제조방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 수지(14)는 주형의 압력보다 큰 압력하에서 주형(41)내에 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물의 제조방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 수지(14)는 입자(11,12,13)주위로 흘러 수지가 주형을 통하여 진행할 때 주형(41)내에서 뚜렷한 수지-공기의 계면을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성중합조성물의 제조방법.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 수지(14)는 주형의 저부의 지부에서 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물의 제조방법.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 주형(41)은 회전시키고 고화가능한 수지(14)는 주형의 외주에서 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형중합조성물의 제조방법.
