제1도는 본 발명이 적용되는 진공차단기의 구조를 보인 단면도.
제2도는 제1도의 전극부분의 확대단면도.
제3도는 본 발명의 접점재료에 있어서의 합금에 대한 Cu의 체적비율울 25%로 고정하고 나머지 75%부분을 Mo와 W로 중량 배분한 경우의 내전압(耐電壓) 성능의 변화를 나타낸 특성도.
도면에 있어서 (1)은 진공절연용기, (2)와 (3)은 단판(端板), (4),(5)는 전극, (6)과 (7)은 전극봉(棒), (8)은 벨로우즈(bellows), (9),(10)은 시일드(seald), (51)은 납땜재료이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 내화성분으로서 몰리부덴 및 텅스텐을 함유하며, 전기 양전도 성분으로서 구리를 포함하며, 전기 양전도체로서의 구리를 포함하며, 전기 양전도체로서의 구리가 5체적%에서 80체적%의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공차단기용 접점.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 내화성분으로서의 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐이 그것들의 중량성분비로서 1 : 99에서 95 : 5의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공차단기용 접점.
  3. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 내화성분으로서의 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐이 그것들의 중량성분비로서 1 : 99에서 10 : 90의 범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공차단기용 접점.
  4. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 내화성분으로서의 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐이 그것들의 중량성분비로서 25 : 75에서 80 : 20범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 진공차단기용 접점.
