Claims (9)
- 제1과 제2단부를 가진 열처리한 알루미늄 합금관, 이 관은 그 전장이 일정한 외경을 가지며, 그 길이의 대부분이 일정한 벽두께이며 각 단부 주변은 증가된 벽두께를 가지고, 제1알루미늄 합급연결부는 상기관의 제1단부에 부분적으로 끼워 넣어져서 용접에 의하여 상기 관에 연결되고, 또 제2알루미늄 합금 연결부는 상기관의 제2단부에 부분적으로 끼워넣기 식으로 되어 용접에 의하여 상기 관에 연결되도록 구성한 구동축.
- 상기관의 각 단부로 부터 뒤로 약 1인치 (2.54센티미터)연장된 상기관의 벽두께가 증가되는 상기 청구범위 제1항에서와 같은 구동축.
- 상기관의 경도가 관의 중가부근의 T6으로부터 관의 단부부근의 T1 또는 그 이하로 변하는 상기 청구범위 제1항의 구동축.
- 상기관의 벽두께 사이의 변화가 완만하고 점차적인 상기 청구범위 제1항의 구동축.
- 상기 연결부의 각각은 기계 가공한 부품인 상기 청구범위 제1항의 구동축.
- 상기관의 경도가 각 단부 부근의 T1 또는 그 이하로부터 T6로 변하며 관의 벽두께가 상기관에 주어진 회전력을 전달함에 필요한 실질적인 최소 벽두께로된 상기 청구범위 제1항의 구동축.
- 상기관의 두꺼워진 벽두께가 상기관의 각 단부로 부터 약 1인치(2.54센티미터)뒤로 연장된 상기 청구범위 제6항의 구동축.
- 상기 연결부는 유니버셜 조인트를 위한 기계가공 요우크인 상기 청구범위 제7항의 구동축.
