Claims (2)
- 액체내에서 기체를 용해하는 방법에 있어서, 액체의 흐름을 가압하고 이 가압된 흐름속으로 기체를 도입하여 그 속에서 기체의 일부를 용해하며 기체와 액체의 혼합물이 이 혼합물내에서의 음속의 속도보다는 느리게 이동하도록 하고, 충격파를 발생토록 액체의 흐름을 음속이상으로 가속하여 효과적으로 액체흐름내의 스기포의 크기를 줄여 액체내에 작은 기체기포가 분산되도록 하며, 액체흐름의 속도를 음속이하로 줄여 이 흐름이 받은 압력보다 실제상 낮은 압력상태의 액체용기내의 적어도 하나의 유출구로 액체내에서 작은 가스기포를 갖는 분산물의 흐름을 이동시키고, 더욱더 가스기포의 크기를 줄이기 위하여 이에 효과적인 제2충격파를 발생토록 상기 유출구 가까이에서 액체흐름을 가속시키며, 이러한 액체흐름을 유출구를 통하여 액체용기로 내보내는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 액체내에서 기체를 용해하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 액체의 흐름을 가압하기 위한 수단, 가스가 용해될 대량의 액체를 담을 용기, 액체용기내로 가압된 액체흐름을 내보내기 위한 적어도 하나의 노즐(또는 유사한 것)과 펌프의 유출구를 연결하도록 하는 도관, 이 도관내의 제1제한부, 이 제한부에 대하여 도관의 상측류로 가스를 도입하기 위한 수단, 이러한 수단에 의하여 가동시 가스와 액체 혼합물의 흐름이 혼합물내에서의 음속보다 느린 속도로 제한부내로 흘러들어갈 수 있고, 이 흐름이 제1제한부를 통과하여 흐를 때 충격파를 받도록 초음속으로 가속될 수 있는 수단, 제1제한부를 통과한 흐름이 아(亞)음속으로 복귀하고 제2제한부 또는 노즐과 둘이상의 제한부가 액체-기체 혼합물이 초음속으로 다시 가속되도록 하여 혼합물이 노즐을 통과할 때 제2충격파를 받게하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
