Claims (2)
- 사출대(1)상에 착설한 바닥금형(2)의 상단에 공기실린더(5)의 작동으로 상하 승강되며 회전측(3)으로 회전되게 유착한 상, 하단금형(4)(4´)을 대합하여 사출성형하는 통상의 모울드(가)에 있어서 바닥금형 (2)과 하단금형(4´)을 대접하여 형성시킨 간극(A)에 1차 색상의 합성수지액을 사출하여 가열시킨 후 그 상단에 상단금형(4)을 교호로 대접하여 형성된 간극(B)에 2차 색상의 합성수지액을 적층식으로 사출하고 일체로 경화시켜 성형함을 특징으로 하는 2색 합성수지재 신발창의 제조방법.
- 합성수지재로 성형된 신발창에 있어서 2색으로 현출되고 단칠체로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 2색 합성수지재 신발창.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
