Claims (13)

  1. 경질합금 분말을 주성분으로 하고 니켈과 코발트 중에 적어도 하나를 혼합시켜서 결합상으로 된 초경질 합금의 와이어 본체와, 상기 와이어 본체의 전체에 겹쳐서 형성되는 합금층으로서, 니켈인화물 또는 니켈붕화물이 석출된 니켈을 주성분으로 하는 합금층 또는 코발트 인화물 또는 코발트 붕화물이 석출된 코발트를 주성분으로 하는 합금층으로 이루어진 프린팅 와이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 와이어 본체에 형성되는 합금층 사이의 내면에는 합금층의 주성분으로 니켈 또는 코발트가 분산되어 분산층이 형성되어 있었고 이 분산층은 와이어 본체의 소결된 초경질 합금의 결합상에 결합된 것.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 분산층은 상기 와이어 본체의 표면에 인 또는 보론을 함유한 코발트 도금층이 형성되어 이를 열처리하므로서, 상기 합금층과 동시에 와이어 본체의 전체 표면에 형성된 것.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 소결된 초경질 합금을 구성하는 초경질의 합금분말은 텅스텐 카바이드분말로 된 것.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 텅스텐 카바이드분말을 주성분으로 하는 소결된 초경질 합
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 텅스텐 카바이드 분말을 주성분으로 하는 소결된 초경질 합금의 결합상은 코발트 합금으로 구성되어 있되, 소결된 초경질 합금중에 10 내지 30중량%를 함유하며, 니켈-코발트 합금중에는 니켈이 5 내지 35중량%가 함유되어 있는 것.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 소결된 초경질 합금을 구성하는 경질의 합금분말은 티타늄 카바이드인 것.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 티타늄 카바이드분말을 주성분으로 하는 소결된 초경질 합금의 결합상은 니켈로 되어 있되 소결된 초경질 합금중에 20 내지 50중량%로 함유되어 있는 것.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 티타늄 카바이드분말을 주성분으로 하는 소결된 초경질 합금의 결합상은 니켈, 코발트, 크로미움 및 몰리브데늄 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 합금으로 구성되어지되 소결된 초경질 합금중에 20 내지 50중량%로 함유되어 있는 것.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 소결된 초경질 합금을 구성하는 경질합금분말은 티타늄 카바이드, 티타늄 나이트라이드, 탄탈륨 카바이드 및 몰브데늄 카바이드 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 분말 또는 혼합분말이 함유되어 있는 것.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 경질합금분말은 티타늄 카바이드 50 내지 85중량%와, 티타늄 카바이드, 탄탈함 카바이드 및 몰리브덴 카바이드 중 하나 이상의 원소가 15 내지 50중량%로 함유되어 있는 것.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 혼합분말을 주성분으로 하는 소결된 초경질합급의 결합상은 니켈로 구성되어지되 소결된 초경질합금 중에 20 내지 50중량%로 함유되어 있는 것.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 혼합분말을 주성분으로 하는 소결된 초경질합금의 결합상은 니켈, 코발트, 크로미움 및 몰리브데늄 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 원소의 합금으로 구성되어지되 소결된 초경질의 합금 중에서 20 내지 50중량%로 함유되어 있는 것.
