Claims (7)

  1. 금속 또는 합금 분말이 얇은 벽의 케이싱에 채워지고 밀폐된 다음 냉간가공되면 케이싱 내의 분말이 견고하고 모든면에서 안정적인 제품으로 결합되는 분말야금 제품의 제조방법에 있어서, 하기와 같은 특징을 구비함. 대체적으로 반듯한 용접이음매가 있는 벽면을 가진 케이싱이 쓰여지는 경우, 대체로 균등한 압력이 벽면에 가해지도록 신축성있게 확장할 수 있는 경질고무 또는 이와 비슷하게 신축 팽창할 수 있는 물질로된 층은 냉간 가공하기전에 상기 벽면의 외부에 바람직한 방법으로 고착시키는 분말야금 제품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용접 이음매 부위의 벽면은 신축 팽창할 수 있는 밴드로 둘러쌓여 있는 분말 야금제품의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,신축 팽창할 수 있는 물질로된 슬리브가 용접이음매가 있는 벽면에 부착되던가 혹은 반대로 떼낼수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금제품의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용접이음매 부위의 벽표면은 벽표면이 대체로 균등한 응력을 갖게되도록 수축하는 신축 팽창할 수 있는 물질로 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 분말야금 제품의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 원통형 또는 관형 케이싱의 용접이음매가 있는 벽면의 두께가 상기 양측 말단부의 중앙부보다 케이싱 양측 말단부부위가 더 두껍도록 신축 팽창할 수 있는 층으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금제품의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 원통형 또는 관형 케이싱에 있어서 신축 팽창할 수 있는 층이 케이싱 벽면에 호스클립이나 접착테이프 또는 유사한 것으로서 상기 케이싱의 양 말단부에 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금제품의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 길이가 긴 제품(특히 파이프)을 제조함에 있어서, 파이프의 길이 방향으로 연장된 대체로 반듯한 용접이음매가 케이싱 외측표면에 하나 또는 수개 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 분말 야금제품의 제조방법.
