Claims (10)

  1. 레이들을 가열하기 위한 장치에서, 상기 레이들이 가장자리를 갖는 구부가 형성되고 있고, 상기 장치는 상기 레이들의 가장 자리에 밀폐결합되기 위한 밀폐조립체를 포함하며, 이 밀폐조립체는 단열내화재로 피복된 표면을 갖는 레이들 커어버 플레이트, 단열내화재로 피복된 상기 표면을 레이들의 가장자리에 밀폐결합되게 하기 위한 수단과, 상기 표면이 레이들의 가장자리에 밀폐결합될 때에 레이들의 내부로 화염이 향하게하는 버어너를 갖는것에 있어서, 내화모들로 구성되는 링이 상기 레이들 커어버 플레이트의 표면 분리 가능하게 착설되고, 이 링이 레이들의 가장자리에 효과적으로 밀폐 결합되게 함을 특징으로 하는 레이들 가열장치의 레이들 커어버 플레이트.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화모듈이 레이들 커어버 플레이트의 표면에 개별적으로 분리가능하게 착설되는 바의 레이들 커어버 플레이트.
  3. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 각 내화모듈이 레이들 가장자리에 대하여 수직이고 레이들의 종축선에 대하여서는 평행하게 배설되는 다수층의 내화섬유로 구성된 바의 레이들 커어버 플레이트.
  4. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 스트립상의 내화섬유가 교호방향으로 접혀 상기의 다수층을 형성하는 바의 레이들 커어버 플레이트.
  5. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내와모들이 상기 링을 형성하도록 접속되어 분리가능하게 착설되는 바의 레이들 커어버 플레이트.
  6. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 모듈의 탄성이 내화섬유의 밀도를 달리하므로서 변경되는 바의 레이들 커어버 플레이트.
  7. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 모듈의 탄성이 단위 모듈의 폭에 대한 상기 층의 수를 달리하므로서 변경되는 바의 레이들 커어버 플레이트.
  8. 청구범위 제6항에 있어서, 모듈의 탄성이 단위 모듈의 폭에 대한 층의 수를 달리하므로서 변경되는 바의 레이들 커어버 플레이트.
  9. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 내화모듈의 상기 링이 레이들 커어버 플레이트의 상기 단열내화재의 나머지 부분밖으로 연장되는 바의 레이들 커어버 플레이트.
  10. 레이들을 가열하기 위하여 상기 레이들이 가장자리를 갖는 구부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 레이들의 가장자리에 밀폐 결합되기 위한 밀폐조립체를 포함하며, 이 밀폐조립체는 단열내화재로 피복된 표면을 갖는 레이들 커어버 플레이트, 단열내화재로 피복된 상기 표면을 레이들의 가장자리에 밀폐결합되게하기 위한 수단과, 상기 표면이 레이들의 가장자리에 밀폐결합될 때에 레이들의 내부로 화염이 향하게하는 버이니를 갖는 것에 있어서, 내화모듈로 구성되는 링이 상기 레이들 커어버 플레이트의 표면에 분리 가능하게 착설되고, 이 링이 레이들의 가장자리에 효과적으로 밀폐결합되게 함을 특징으로 하는 레이들 커어버 플레이트에 있어서, 내화 모듈의 상기 링이 레이들 커어버 플레이트의 상기 단열내화재의 나머지 부분밖으로 연장되는 바의 방법.
