Claims (7)

  1. 첨가제로서 회토류산화물, 특히 Gd2O3를 함유하는 UO2또는 UO2와 PuO2의 혼합물로부터 초기분말을 단광으로 압분한 다음 이 단광을 1500-1750℃의 황원가스 분위기에서 소결하여 압축시킴으로서 산화 핵연료소결체를 제조하는 것으로서, 압분에 사용되는 초기분말이 4-7㎡/g의 비표면적 및/또는 0.05㎛이하, 바람직하게는 0.2-0.01㎛범위의 평균결정직경을 갖는 UO2분을 가지며, 5-500ppm중량의 Al 또는 5-50ppm중량의 Ti를 함유하고, 소결온도에서의 유지시간을 1-4시간의 범위로 선정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 핵연료 소결체의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 5-200ppm중량의 Al을 함유한 초기분말이 압분에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화핵연료 소결체의제조법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, UO2분의 결정결자에서 Al 및 Ti이외의 다른 이물질의 함량이 200ppm중량 이하인 초기분말이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화핵연료소결체의 제조법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분말의 원래입도가 변하지 않는 혼합단계에서 산화물 또는 수산화물분말 형태의 Al 또는 Ti를 초기분말에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화핵연료소결체의 제조법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제로서 회토류산화물, 특히 Gd2O3가 10w/o까지 함유된 초기분말이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화핵연료소결체의 제조법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 첨가제로서 회토류산화물, 특히 Gd2O3가 2-10, 바람직하게는 4-10w/o함유된 초기분말이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화핵연료 소결체의 제조법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제로서 회토류산화물, 특히 Gd2O3가 10-20w/o이상 함유된 초기분말이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화핵연료소결체의 제조법.
