Claims (10)

  1. a) 자체-지지 기질과 b) 열경화 수지 함침 장식 시트가 중첩된 관계로 구성되어 있는 가열가압밀장식 라미네이트에서, 상기 라미이네이트의 가장 바깥쪽 표면이 무기입자를 함유하고 있으며 상기 입자는 크기가 약 5-100밀리미크론 범위로서 상기 라미네이트 두께의 가장 외측 25미크론 이내에 있으며 라미네이트 표면적 ㎡당 약 0.5-25g 범위의 양으로 존재하는 장식라미네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상기 금속이 실리카인 장식라미네이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 상기 무기질의 입자크기가 약 20-60밀리크론 범위에 있는 장식 라미네이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 상기 금속입자가 라미네이트 두께의 가장 외측 약 15미크론 이내에 존재하는 장식 라미네이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 상기 라미네이트 표면에 존재하는 무기입자 양이 라미네이트 면적 ㎡당 약 1-10g범위인 장식 라미네이트.
  6. a) 무기입자를 함유하는 열 경화수지함침 성분 시트를 형성하고, 이때 무기입자는 크기가 약 5-100밀리미크론 범위로서 시트 표면 ㎡당 0.5-25g의 양으로 존재하며 b) 상기 성분시트를 그 입자표면이 위쪽으로 가게하여 장식 라미네이트 어셈블리의 가장 위쪽 성분으로 되게놓은 다음 c) 상기 어셈블리를 가열 가압하에 압밀하여 입자가 결과 생성된 라미넨이트 두께의 가장 외측 25미크론 이내에 위치하게 하는 것으로 구성된 장식 라미네이트의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서 상기 무기질이 실리카인 방법.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서 상기 무기입자의 크기가 약 20-60밀리미크론 범위인 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서 상기 무기입자가 라미네이트 두께 가장 외측 15미크론 이내에 위치해 있는 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서 상기 성분 시트 표면에 존재하는 무기입자의 양이 표면㎡당 약 1-10g 범위인 방법.
