Claims (7)

  1. 이음매 없는 관을 제조하는데 사용하는 괴철의 부유물제거방법에 있어서, 건조한 또는 액상의 혼물로된 부유물제거제가 가압가스에 의하여 순환운동을 하면서 괴철의 한 단부에서 압연온도로 가열된 괴철 내부로 유입되어 괴철의 다른 단부에서 내벽을 따라 나사선형으로 전진하는 잔여혼합물의 흡인에 의하여 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 부유물제거제의 순환운동이 관의 길이의 전부 또는 일부에 따라 연장되어 부유물제거와 함께 이동하는 스파이크와 유사한 삽입물에 의하여 촉진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항중 한 항에 있어서, 부유물 제거제가 핵의 평균 직경이 50 내지 1000미크로미터의 건조한 분말상 또는 입자상 혼합물의 형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
  4. 제1항 및 제3항중 한 항에 있어서, 괴철 또는 속빈블록의 내표면 1㎡에 대하여 50 내지 200g의 부유물제거제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
  5. 제1항 및 제4항중 한 항에 있어서, 부유물제거제에 3 내지 35중량%의 고체윤활제가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
  6. 제1항 및 제5항중 한 항에 있어서, 부유물제거제에 알칼리, 붕산염, 인산염 또는 규산염이 함유된 화합물 또는 알칼리 및 붕산염, 알칼리 및 인산염 또는 알칼리 및 규산염이 함유된 화합물 또는 상기 화합물의 혼합물이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
  7. 제1항 및 제6항중 한 항에 있어서, 괴철의 단부에서 배출되는 재료가 먼지 분리장치에 의하여 기체흐름으로 부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거방법.
