Claims (7)
- 금속 섬유에서 매트를 형성하는 가공법에 있어서, 경납땜 도중에 분해되고 잔여물을 남기지 않는 점성유동물질을 통해 세분된 경납땜 물질을 분산시키는 단계와, 섬유에 고르게 경납땜 물질을 산포시키기 위하여 경납땜물질과 점성 유동물질의 혼합물을 섬유에 피복하는 단계와, 경납땜 온도가 가해지는 섬유에서 경납땜되지 않는 물질로 된 지지부재의 표면에 걸쳐 피복된 섬유를 층으로 형성하는 단계와, 유동물질을 분해하고 산개된 매트에 섬유를 경납땜할 수 있는 고온을 가진 분위기 내부에 피복된 섬유와 지지부재를 설치하는 단계와, 지지부재로부터 매트를 이전하는 단계와, 매트의 두께를 감축하여 매트의 밀도를 증가시키는 단계와, 재차 경납땜 물질을 용융하는 고온을 가진 분위기에 매트를 설치하여 특정한 강도를 가진 조밀한 매트로 하기 위해 섬유를 재경납땜하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점성 유동물질을 폴리부텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 경납땜 단계에 있는 분위기는 수소와 같은 환원성 분위기인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 경납땜 온도는 927℃ 내지 1200℃(1700내지 2200°F)의 범위에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 경납땜 온도는 사용된 경납땜 합금을 용융하는 범위에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 섬유는 경납땜 조작중에 약 30분 동안 경납땜 온도에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조밀하고 재경납땜된 매트가 굴곡면과 같은 바람직한 형태로 형성된 후 경납땜 또는 용접기술로 하층에 부착될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
