Description

비계 파이프의 고정구
제 1도는 본 고안의 사시도.
제 2도는 본 고안의 사용상태를 나타낸 평단면도.
제 3도는 본 고안의 사용상태 사시도.
본 고안의 건축현장의 비계틀을 구축하기 위해 비계파이프를 서로 교차되게 조립고정시키기 위해 사용되는 직교형 비계파이프의 고정구에 관한 것이다.
종래서도 비계틀을 구축하는 비계파이프를 조립하는 일반적인 방법으로 직선 또는 +자형이나 각종형태의 카플러를 사용하여 왔으나, 이와같은 카플러는 비계파이프를 협지하는 밴드의 직경을 볼트로 조절하도록 되어 있어 비계파이프를 견고하게 조립하고져 볼트를 과하게 조여주기 때문에 몇번 사용하지 않어도 볼트의 나사부가 마모되는가 하면 보관중 나사부에 녹이쓸어서 일일히 녹을 닦아내야 하는 등 번거러움이 생길뿐만아니라도 분실하면 금방사용할 수 없었던 것이다. 근자에와서는 이와같은 문제점을 시정하기 위하여 쐐기식으로 되는 크램프가 제안되었으나, 일본국 공개실용신안공보 소 52-167219의 구축용근결금구는가이드구멍을 타고 가이드판이 진퇴되게 상기의 가이드 팔 뒷쪽에 쐐기판을 세워서 출설하였기 때문에 해체할때에는 반듯이 쐐기판을 위로 잡아당겨 잡고있제 않으면 해체되지 않기 때문에 고충건물의 비계파이프조립이나 해체시 많은 품이드는 가하면 작업인이 안전상 위험할 뿐만 아니라, 구조가 비교적 복잡하여 많은 원자재 및 가공비용을 소요하는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 문제점을 시정하고져 제안된 것으로서 첨부된 예시도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 즉 양측선단에 걸고리 (2)(2')를 가지게 절골형성한 "+"자형 본체(1)에 있어서, 상기 본체(1)의 뒷쪽 일측에 사각 공(3)을 뚫고 타측에는 크기가 작게 뚫은 두개의 직사각형(4)(4')에다 일측선단(6)은 폭이 좁고 타측선단(6')은 폭이 넓게 경사각을 가지고 양측단이 연결되어 사각틀형태로서된 쐐기편(5)을 끼워서 됨을 특징으로 하는 직교형 비계파이프의 고정구인 것이다. 미설명부호 7,7'는 연결조립파이프를 표시한다.
본 고안의 사용상태를 설명하면 고정구본체(1) 선단 걸고리(2)(2') 부위에 수평파이프 (7)를 올려놓은 후그후방부 쐐기편(5)과 수평파이프(7) 사이에 수직파이프(7')를 끼워 놓은후 쐐기편(5)이 폭이 좁은쪽 선단(6)이 외측으로 나오도록 가압하면 쐐기편(5)의 폭이 넓은 타측선단(6')이 고정구본체(1)의 내측으로 진입되면서 직교된 파이프(7)(7')를 견고하고 면밀히 압착고정시켜주는 것이다.
이와 같이 조립되는 본 고안은 직교되는 파이프의 직경에 구애됨이 없이 간편히 조립고정할 수 있고 일단직교고정된 파이프는 유동됨이 없이 견고하므로 구출된 비계틀 이안전하며 쐐기편(5)도 양선단이 연결된 사각틀 형태로 되어있어 쐐기편(5)이 고정구(1)로부터 분리되질 않고 항상 부착되어 있는 상태로 사용되므로 쐐기편(5)을 분실할 우려가 전혀 없으며 별로 취급치 않고 항상 함께 취급되는 편리하고 실용적인 것이다.

  1. "ㄷ"자형으로 절곡된 본체(1)의 양측선단에 걸고리(2)(2')를 가지게 절곡형성한 "ㄷ"자형 본체(1)에 있어서, 상기본체(1)의 뒷쪽일측에 사각공(3)을 뚫고 타측에는 크기가 작게 뚫은 두개의 직사각공(4)(4')에다 일측선단(6)은 폭이 좁고 타측선단(6')은 폭이 넓게 경사각을 가지고 양측단이 연결되어 사각틀 형태로된 쐐기편(5)을 끼워서됨을 특징으로 하는 비계파이프의 고정구.
