Claims (1)
- 면판의 내면에 복수개의 형광체의 짝인 패턴이 형성되고, 이 패턴간극부에 광흡수성물질이 피착형성되어서 이루어진 블랙매트릭스형 컬러수상관 형광면의 형성방법에 있어서, 면판의 내면에 광흡수막을 형성하는 공정과 이 광흡수막상에 광경화성 감광성수지막을 형성하는 공정과 새도우마스크를 개재해서 형광체도포부분에 대응하는 광경화성 감광성 수지막부분을 노광한 후 현상하므로서 미노광부분의 감광성 수지막을 용해제거하는 공정과 노광부분의 감광성수지막과 이 노광감광성수지막 아래의 광흡수막을 박리제거하는 공정에 의해서 블랙매스트릭스막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한 블랙매트릭스형 컬러수상관 형광면의 형성방법.
