Claims (6)

  1. 본 발명은 세포증식촉진 단백질을 생산할 수 있는 균을 배양하고 또한 누클에오시드 풔스풔트란스 레라아제를 실질적으로 포함유하지 않는 것으로서 형성되는 단백질을 추출 분리하는 것으로 구성되는 단백질 제조방법인데 하기 특징을 가진다. (a) 상술한 배양균체 또는 배양액에서 분자량이 리오글로빈(분자량 670,000) 소 r-글로불린(분자량 158,000) 말미오글로빈(분자량 17,000) 비타민 12(분자량 1,350)을 마아카아 단백질로서 고속크로마토그래피로 얻어지는 용출량과 분자량의 관계선으로 부터 구했을때에 약 5,000-160,000이고, (b) 산성 및 중성아미노산에 의해서 주로 구성되고 또한 산성 아미노산으로서 글루타민산과 아스파라긴산이 비교적 다량으로 함유되고, (c) 세포증식촉진 작용을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포증식 촉진 단백질을 생산하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 클로스트리듐속, 스타필로콕커스속, 사리시나속, 바틸루스속, 아에로콕커스속, 스트랩토콕커스속, 아시네트백터속, 코리네박테륨속, 락토바칠루스속, 세라티아속, 에세리커아속, 살모넬라속, 프로튜스속, 슈도모나스속, 아에로모나스속, 플라보박테륨속 등에서 전술한 균체가 선정되서 세포증식촉진단백질을 생산할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포증식 촉진 단백질을 생산하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 세포증식 촉진 단백질을 생산할 수 있는 균이 클로스트리듐, 페리프린겐스인 청구 범위 제2항에 기재한 세포증식 촉진 단백질을 생산하는 방법.

  5. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 추출 분리공정에 있어서 단백질 분해 효소처리를 함유하는 세포 증식 촉진 단백질을 생산하는 방법.
