제1도는 삼각망으로 보강된 하부에 의해 생성된 백 주름상에서 백 하부를 지나 측면으로 배열된 보강재로; 점선으로 표시된 임의의 추가 보장재로 본 발명의 원리에 따라 제작된 백(bag)의 사시도이고;
제2도는 제1도에 표시된 백의 저면도이며;
제4도는 제1도에 표시된 백의 측면도이며, 본 발명의 원리에 따라 제작된 것.

Claims (11)

  1. 용기는 일반적으로 중앙 경부로 부터 연장되는 맛선 날개 부분을 가지며, 전술한 날개 부분은 경부의 하부에 직접 연장되는 주름선을 갖는 삼각망으로 보강된 용기하부를 형성하며, 전술한 날개 부분의 가장 자리 및 전술한 경부는 밀폐되며, 전술한 경부는 전술한 날개 부분과 열린 상태로 통하고, 경부의 가장자리와 전술한 날개 부분과의 접합은 3점 접합점을 형성하며, 보강재는 용기의 한쪽 가장자리의 3점 접합점으로 부터 다른쪽 가장자리의 맞은 편의 3점 접합점까지 주름선을 따라 그리고 전술한 날개부분의 세로를 따라 측면으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질의 필름(film)으로부터 형성된 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보강재가 용기 하부의 내부 표면에 위치된 스트립(strip)을 함유하는 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 보강재가 용기 하부의 외부 표면에 위치된 스트립을 함유하는 용기.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 보강재가 용기의 하부를 구성하는 필름으로 완전히 형성되는 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중앙 경부의 하부 및 삼각망으로 보강된 날개 부분의 표면에서 백의 세로를 따라 측면으로 연장되는 추가의 보강재를 포함하는 용기.
  6. 용기의 각 가장 자리에서 3점 접합점을 형성시키고, 보강재를 가하여 하나의 3점 접합점으로 부터 다른쪽 접합점까지 용기의 중앙하부를 따라 측면으로 연장시키는 단계를 포함하여, 보강재로 삼각망으로 보강된 하부를 갖는 열 가소성 용기를 형성시키는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 용기 하부의 내부 또는 외부표면에 라미네이션(lamination)시키므로써 용기 하부에 보강재를 연결시키는 방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 용기의 잔부를 형성하는 열가소성 물질과 함께 보강재를 동시 압출시킴으로써 용기하부의 내부 또는 외부 표면에 보강재를 연결시키는 방법.
  9. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 용기의 잔부 냉각에 사용된 것보다 더 빠른 속도로 하부를 지나 측면으로 용기를 냉각시키고 이어서 압출시킴으로써 용기 하부를 따라 보강재를 형성시키는 방법.
  10. 상이한 열-연화 온도 반응을 나타내는 내피 및 외피를 갖는 백(bag)을 열가소성 필름 물질을 제조하고, 상술한 외피보다 더 낮은 열-연화 온도를 갖도록 내피를 선택하며, 내피가 마주 접하여 맞은편 면 및 하부를 형성하도록 서로 마주 대하는 전술한 필름의 두주름 상에 위치시키고, 삼각망으로 보강된 하부가 백의 주요 부분을 형성하도록 전술한 필름의 하부를 삼각망으로 보강시키고, 전술한 측면의 맞은편 가장자리를 따라 전술한 내피의 연화온도 이상이나 외피의 연화온도보다 낮은 온도의 열을 적용시켜, 따라서 백의 삼각망으로 보강된 하부를 따라 접하는 외피는 밀폐시키지 않으면서, 전술한 가장 자리를 따라 내피를 밀폐시키고, 경부의 하부와 날개 주머니의 접합점에 그리고 날개 주머니의 가장 자리에 연결된 맞선 날개 주머니로 경부 하부 및 경부와 바로 인접한 삼각망으로 보강된 하부로 부터 전술한 날개주머니를 형성시키고, 백의 맞선 가장자리 면상의 한쪽 접합점으로 부터 다른쪽 접합점까기 삼각망으로 보강된 백의 하부를 따라 측면으로 보강재를 공급하는 단계를 포함하여, 경부 및 인접한 맞선 날개 주머니를 함유하는 백을 형성시키는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 보강재를 제조하여 이를 중앙 경부의 하부 및 삼각망으로 보강된 날개 부분의 표면에서 백의 세로를 따라 측면으로 연장시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
