Claims (2)

  1. 일정간격으로된 수십개의 종 와이어(2)(2')가, 상, 하부로 일정간격(L)을 유지하고 등간격으로 직선이동이 되면서 제어기(C)에 임의설정시킨 필요한 길이만큼 이동이되면 절단시켜주는 제1공정과 역시 수개의 보빈에서 필요한 길이만큼 횡 이동된뒤 절단되어 보관된 보관함(6)(6')이 쌓여진 횡 와이어(5)(5')가 등간격으로 직선이동되는 상, 하부의 종와이어(2)(2')가 한간격씩 이동될때마다 횡와이어 (5)(5')가 이에 각각 하나씩 낙하되어 스포트 용접되게한 제2공정 및 제2공정을 거쳐서 형성된 상하부의 망(A)과 망(B)사이로 발포성 합성수지판(9)이 삽입되어 상, 하부의 망(A)(B)과 발포성 합성수지판(9)과의 사이에 일정간격(k)을 유지시켜주는 제3공정과 제3공정을 거친 상, 하부의 망(A)(B)과 발포성 합성수지판(9)과의 사이에 에어실린더(12)(12') 집게(12a)(12'a)의 상, 하운동에 의해서 양쪽으로 경사진 지주철선(14)(14')을 삽통시켜서 상, 하부망(A)(B)의 접합부위(F)에 스포트용접을 시키는 제4공정으로 되는 건축용 단열판재의 연속제조방법.
